There is a deep scratch on one of my doors that wasnt there when i dropped it off, they laid tint over debris so its visible on the outside and inside, and they messed up one of my window seals. I asked to see footage of them working on my car cause i know the damage wasnt there prior to me bringing in my vehicle and the only thing the owner sent to one of his employees to send me is a video of them pulling my car in from a top angle and saying the damage was already there, when the video that was sent does no justice to where the damages were on the car. The deep scratch is on the passenger side, and in one of the photos you can see the angle of the footage is only the top and the drivers side. I recommend don't go here cause from the sounds of it already speaking to the employees, they're not taking accountability for the damages done EDIT: i thought it was one window with the tint laid over debris, but its actually 3 of my windows with tint laid over debris

Setting up an appointment was easy. We chatted through Yelp. Brian was so kind and helpful, never pressured you with their services. We ended up going with their best option, the Premium Stratos Nano ceramic film with up to 90% heat rejection. With the Vegas heat and having 2 kids, it was a must. Tested the tint with a window tint meter in 111 degree weather outside. I bought my 2021 BMW 750 here two years ago, ceramic tint on the windshield. Great! Then I took my 2022 Range Rover there last month for window tinting and PPF. The tint job was done right but the PPF on the front bumper and the side view mirrors caps were done poorly, ( see picture ) and the PPF on the doors lip came apart. I don't have a problem with paying a lot of money to get something done correctly and done professionally the first time and not a few times. Because they set the price for the best possible outcome and professionally done...right ?? Me: should it be like this? Them: your vehicle is not a new ! Me: speechless!? I could not be more pleased with the overall results, especially given the unusual heat wave Vegas has experienced. Both visits I was in by 9am and out by 11-1130...on a Saturday! My car looks amazing but more importantly, my menopausal self isn't overheating this summer even with the AC on full blast!!! Seriously - I can't stand being hot and in the 8 years I've owned this car, getting my windows redone was never a priority - until it was. I'm not joking about menopause - I'm super sensitive to heat now and let me tell you...when I say the difference inside my vehicle was immediately obvious, I'm not joking. Not only did it reinforce the dealership NOT tinting my windows even though they charged me for it - the ceramic tint actually works!!! I can feel my AC so much better than I could before and I'm finally cool inside my vehicle during the day. I have a panoramic sunroof I've never opened in spring/summer because it's always been too dang hot to enjoy during the day. I've been driving around with it fully opened since my windows were done and I'm loving it! I also have serious nightblindness - which is what prompted me to have the windshield done to begin with. Headlights have come a long way in brightness since I got my license in 1987, and as that has advanced...so have my vision issues. Before having the windshield done, I rarely drove at night. During winter I leave my office at 4pm so I'm home before it's dark. Since then, I find myself driving more at night (not a lot or often) and not rushing to get home before dark. When I am out on the roads at night, I'm no longer as worried about being blinded by headlights as I once was. It didn't solve my vision issues, but it's certainly helped cut down the amount of light hitting your retina at night, blinding me. My rear window is the darkest I could get given my windows are stained from Acura and WOW!!! Headlights aren't blinding me in the side and rearview any more either. The owner and his brother - heck, all the staff really - have been great and pleasant to interact with. These guys know their stuff and if I had another car, I'd take it to them. But since I don't - that's what this review is for.
