Manager Mike was very accommodating and took care of me even without an appointment. He helped me get my rear window looking great again! What I really appreciate about Mike is that he never tried to push me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he gave me honest advice about what would work best for me. I just recently got a new to me 2021 Buick Encore GX (little suv) that already had tint in the front but wasn't dark enough for me, I did not have an appointment but decided to stop in here to see whey they had to offer. About two and half hours later I left with prob some of the best quality tint/service I've ever received at a tint shop. The gentleman at the counter explained the types of tint they offer, and explained the difference and benefits of each. He walked out with me and gave me a quick quote, explaining that only the front windows needed to be striped, and gave me an excellent quote that was under the budget I had in mind. I was expecting him to tell me to drop it off and come back another day but he was able to get me in right there, I didn't have another car at the time so I ended up waiting in their very nice lounge, and watched a movie on my iPad. When it was ready they parked it up front and the gentleman again walked out with me to look it over and explain the aftercare process, and also the lifetime warranty. A year or so ago, I had these guys tint my front windshield. I was so happy with the results that I recently returned to have them re-tint my 2019 Acura RDX. I could not be more pleased with the overall results, especially given the unusual heat wave Vegas has experienced. Both visits I was in by 9am and out by 11-1130...on a Saturday! My car looks amazing but more importantly, my menopausal self isn't overheating this summer even with the AC on full blast!!! Seriously - I can't stand being hot and in the 8 years I've owned this car, getting my windows redone was never a priority - until it was. I'm not joking about menopause - I'm super sensitive to heat now and let me tell you...when I say the difference inside my vehicle was immediately obvious, I'm not joking. Not only did it reinforce the dealership NOT tinting my windows even though they charged me for it - the ceramic tint actually works!!! I can feel my AC so much better than I could before and I'm finally cool inside my vehicle during the day. I have a panoramic sunroof I've never opened in spring/summer because it's always been too dang hot to enjoy during the day. I've been driving around with it fully opened since my windows were done and I'm loving it! I also have serious nightblindness - which is what prompted me to have the windshield done to begin with. Headlights have come a long way in brightness since I got my license in 1987, and as that has advanced...so have my vision issues. Before having the windshield done, I rarely drove at night. During winter I leave my office at 4pm so I'm home before it's dark. Since then, I find myself driving more at night (not a lot or often) and not rushing to get home before dark. When I am out on the roads at night, I'm no longer as worried about being blinded by headlights as I once was. It didn't solve my vision issues, but it's certainly helped cut down the amount of light hitting your retina at night, blinding me. My rear window is the darkest I could get given my windows are stained from Acura and WOW!!! Headlights aren't blinding me in the side and rearview any more either. The owner and his brother - heck, all the staff really - have been great and pleasant to interact with. These guys know their stuff and if I had another car, I'd take it to them. But since I don't - that's what this review is for. read more

From the moment we walked into the shop, Eric was friendly and thorough in explaining the various tint shades, so I could determine what I wanted the end result to look like. For my new vehicle, I decided on 35% moonroof, 50% windshield, 15% front, and 15% rear on already colored windows which results in 5% Visible Light Tramsmission (VLT). The lower the VLT, the darker the window. My eyes are getting worse, so I wanted to make sure I could still see through the tint, especially at night! LOL. Yet, get the overall protection from the sun during the day. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:30am and the job was done by 4pm. At pick up, the look was aesthetically pleasing!! The moment I sat in the SUV, I could already feel the difference. I loved it!!! Now that I've been driving around town for a couple of days, the heat resistance has has improved from the factory tint job. It also gives me a bit more privacy. I didn't expect the price to be as high when quoted, but now that it is completed, I can really tell the difference between the tint jobs I had on my previous vehicle and what the factory provided on my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I brought my brand new BMW M5 for a windshield tint at this location. They neglected to keep my Leather dash dry and caused damage to the leather as water seeped through the seam and left large water spots near the seam. Not fixable. Costs 10K to replace dashboard. Now I have to deal with having a damaged dashboard on my new car. Very very disappointing. I would not recommend bringing any nice cars to the shop. The damages were $10,000 to replace at BMW. Precision offered me $100. That's just a joke. I did show up to the appointment with the person that they requested. The guy wasn't confident he could complete the repair so I went to a BMW certified repair person. Regardless, why would I trust a referral from the place that ruined my dash. The response below is quite long. Interesting that he felt he needed to do that much explaining. Don't bring a nice car here if you don't want it to get messed up. read more

Precision Window Tint on Raiders Way did a perfect job and installation on my brand new Tesla, Model Y Juniper. I had the windshield, driver and passenger windows done to match the factory installed rear of the car. Eric was able to fit me in the very next day and I couldn't be happier with his installer. Eric did spend time with me going over other services they provide like PPF, wraps and ceramic coating. I really wanted to wrap the car but it wasn't in the budget right now. Ok, after a week of waiting for a response to my missing hardware inquiry, I've decided I had to write a good honest review of MY experience. (Objectively speaking.) I'm a member of a well-known car club on the west coast but did not tell them that. I needed a quick job that was done properly for my next car shows/meetings in CA, WA, etc. (I did not tell them this on purpose.) First off, the price for the wrap with my own material supplied was $3,600 which is insanely high. I contacted other businesses that would have gotten it done for no more than $2,000 in a fraction of the time. Second, I was told it would be done in 1-2 weeks tops, I ended up waiting almost 1.5 months. I scheduled appointments based around the time they gave me, and I ended up missing two DMV appointments and a car meeting during this time as well. Not good. Third, I was missing LOTS of bolts. 5 to be specific, not including the dress-up bolt missing on the bottom portion of a photo I've attached (So 6 total). The thing that made me real upset was a "rattling" noise coming from my driver's side fender area. I found out there were two bolts missing securing that piece entirely together. I was literally one bolt away from the fender coming completely off and falling off while driving on the freeway. My side skirt/fenders were also VERY loose to the point of again, being ONE bolt away from coming completely off while driving. I had to replace the missing hardware with my own bolts which aren't to spec. While it's secured nicely, it's still a MM too big. The rear passenger fender was missing a bolt which made it VERY loose as well; not life threatening but needed to be done. Replaced again with my own supply. The very last thing were air-bubbles forming on various spots on the car. With the amount of time they had my car it should have been done SEMA quality. I give them 2/5 because Bert the wrapper is a very cool dude and got to know Eric whos another really awesome dude. However, I will NOT be sending my car club members to this business or recommend getting their car wrapped here. read more

These folks did a great job of tinting my windows. We took our Tesla in for the full treatment with ceramic and a darker tint. This was in June 2022. When they were doing the installation, the installer burned our headliner with his tool. When we picked up the vehicle, the staff made sure to point out what had happened. So we all agreed that Precision Window Tint would make it right. Fast forward nine months and everything is fixed. It was not their fault. Tesla had a big shortage of parts and many delays. But the headliner has been replaced and these folks made it right. I waited to write my review until I was able to tell you the full story. Anybody can make a mistake. It's how they make up for it where you can determine their integrity. These folks are 100%! It is rare to come across so many 5-star Yelp reviews from customers at a business. But, allow me to add to their collection of outstanding reviews. I had a tough time deciding on the type of tint and which windows should or should not be tinted. After talking to Jimmy at the front desk, he made it easy for me to decide. His explanations were clear, the work and schedule needed were precise and I went with the tinting of all windows on my Lexus (35%) side and back and 50% front windshield. I chose the ceramic tint for its heat resistant quality and didn't want to darken the windows so that the other drivers cannot see me to avoid accidents. I made an appointment and the car was ready at the specified time. Got the care instructions for the tint and waited a full two weeks to write this review to ensure nothing went wrong with the tint installation. It was an excellent installation. Had no problems reinstalling the video cam on the front windshield either. Total price was $540 tax included. I'll have to feel the true benefits of the ceramic tint next summer in Las Vegas. read more
