I would like to give a huge shout out to DC Auto for the amazing job they did on my windshield for my C8 Corvette. The customer service and communication from the top to bottom of their company was superb. Before then, I took my car to another shop and they tried four different times to get the windshield right and they just couldn't. When I brought my car to DC Auto, the first thing they mentioned was how my leather dash was starting to come apart, and I have a feeling it was because of the last shop using all of that heat and humidity over and over. I probably would've never even noticed without them, and they even gave me a recommendation at the Chevy dealership to have it fixed under warranty. After having my dash got fixed, I brought it back for my windshield to be tinted and they got the windshield and the visor strip done right the first time around in less than 2 1/2 hours. They have a new customer for life with me and I will be taking all of my vehicles to DC Auto. Fine job in no time flat... Dropped my car off with Kris at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait for my ride and she showed me to their little waiting area with a few snacks, water or soda while you wait. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of film and which made it easy for us to decide which we wanted to go with. She gave us an estimated time for when our car was going to be done and was always done on the dot- she will also text you when it's done. When you get the car back, there is a cover on your steering wheel and even a sticker on the side to not roll down the windows. They accept all types of payments from card, to cash, to checks. After comparing prices for several businesses, I decided to come to DC Auto. I opted for the AutoBahn i3 tint for my car (5% on the rears, 15% in the front) and their windshield tint product. My car originally had 40% tint and I wanted something darker to help with the UV and heat here in Vegas.
