Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of film and which made it easy for us to decide which we wanted to go with. She gave us an estimated time for when our car was going to be done and was always done on the dot- she will also text you when it's done. When you get the car back, there is a cover on your steering wheel and even a sticker on the side to not roll down the windows. They accept all types of payments from card, to cash, to checks. I purchased a new Subaru last month and purchased an add on package which included tinting from DC Tinting. I was given a voucher and some information about how to make an appointment online. I went online and entered my info which included a picture of the voucher. Then someone started communicating with me via text to set up the appointment. Throughout the week I received texts and emails reminding me of my appointment and even asking if I would be staying to wait for my car or if it was a simply drop off to keep the waiting area not too full. My appt was for 10am on a Saturday and when We arrived it was very quiet there. We were taken to look at the different colors and levels of tint they had available but we had wanted ceramic film so we had to pay an additional $150 out of pocket since the Subaru voucher only covered for regular black film. I thought that was a very responsible price. The lady that helped us was also very knowledgeable about my car - she pointed out that there's a difference in the rear wind shield compared to the rest of the car and I really appreciated that because I didn't even notice the difference so we had to get a different percentage for the back to make sure all the windows were the same tint and that it wouldn't be too dark during the nighttime. Now that's a good salesperson; someone who not only knows their products but also the cars that come in getting their products. So kudos for being efficient, effective and having common sense! What I love in companies and people in general. (The sales woman and I also share a love for Hawai'i having lived there for a while). So that's always a plus. (I believe her name was Christine or Christina) Anyways, they quoted us about 3 hours to be done and they texted me right before that 3 hour mark and it was great, they delivered on their promise - no messing around! When I got into the car they had left the protectors on the steering wheel and gear shifter and again I appreciated them taking care of my leather from the possible water splashes. After the tint had settled in, I did an inspection and the windows look awesome! No bubbles, streaks or anything - really professional! So the moral of the story; I wish all businesses operated like this company! They didn't BS me, they didn't try to upsell me on a ridiculous package, I felt no pressure, my questions were answered, the saleswoman was knowledge about her companies products along with the car that I brought in and the workmanship was top notch! They also delivered on all their promises so again no BSing. I don't know what the pricing is if I had paid on my own without the Subaru voucher but I'd be happy to pay it for all my future cars - THEY ARE WORTH IT! read more
