She made me feel like I knew exactly what's going on with my teeth and what the next steps are and why. I would be seriously surprised if she hasn't been in the industry at least a decade based on the amount of knowledge she has. She doesn't look old enough to have been in the industry that long but yeah. She even showed me my x-rays and walked me through exactly what they were looking for and showed every spot of potential concern which I've never had anyone do at any dentist's office. The doctor was also really friendly and he talked to me like an actual person who might understand what he was saying which I'm not used to. This was overall just an amazing experience. I still might go back to Colby Community College for cleanings sometimes just because of the price but I would 1000% recommend EyeSmile for dental work. And especially Jada. She deserves a fat raise because whatever they pay her is absolutely not worth the care and effort she puts in.

They were able to schedule me for an appointment promptly. It was a very clean building and it smelled nice inside. All of the people that I interacted with were very kind and polite. I thought that I would have to come to multiple appointments and that it would be months before my teeth were fixed but after the x-rays, the dentist decided he would fix my teeth then and there. In an hour,give or take, my teeth were fixed and they look great. You can hardly tell that they were damaged at all. It feels like a miracle. I would recommend this dentist to anybody.

I told the dentist I came here to be fixed and not be lectured and he threatened to call the cops on me and kick me out. So I told him he could lecture me as long as he would work on me. I shouldn't have to treat a dentist like a toddler with kid gloves to get him to work on me. Also not sure why I'm paying him good money to fix me and get a lecture. If I wreck my car the mechanic will fix it and not say a word. These people treat poor people with disrespect and shame them. I don't have a choice with my insurance to go anywhere else. That's true for most people in the area. We are stuck with C-student dentists at crappy places. But what can you do with American health insurance? I guess it gives these dentists a place to make them feel important as they judge poor people.

Every visit reminds me how lucky I am to have found such a thoughtful and compassionate provider. The entire office staff is just as incredible. They always go above and beyond to make sure patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. It's rare to find a place where you feel this valued and supported. Then they scheduled my makeup with someone who didn't even work there anymore. So instead, since they didn't have a makeup lady available, they put my make up with the hair lady who expressively told me she did not do well nor liked doing anything but extremely basic makeup not bridal makeup. Lastly, I paid in full the day of set up and now they insist I only paid the deposit, which since it was paid in cash can not show proof. Very disappointing when this happens to a bride for her big day.

Dawn did my hot stone massage and i would be lying if I said that it wasn't the best massage I've ever had. She used just the right amount of pressure and identified and worked on my trouble areas. All of the girls at the front desk upon my arrival and departure were also fantastic and I LOVE that they carry Zum products! Plus, the eye doctor "gave" me a contact lens to try out, then I get a bill charging me $68 for it! Considering that I can get a box of 6 lenses for $35 online, this is ridiculous. Yes, they could have charged me for the lens, but $68? I only went there because they accept my insurance but I'll go out of town in the future.

I saw a Handicap spot in employee parking ,but someone had parked in the loading zone for that spot. I took a picture. I had the circle the entire building five times before I could find a spot close to the pharmacy. I will continue to use the first care clinic, but i'm seriously thinking about changing my prescriptions back to walmart, where at least I know I can get a spot near the door.
