The waiting area is very clean and neat with a nice entertaining TV. Having a clean clinic is one of the most important things to me. The staff assured me that I would be seen in a timely manner, and they were right. Before I knew it, my name was called to see the doctor. The doctor I saw was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He answered my questions thoroughly and wrote me my prescriptions. One of the best doctors I've ever experienced. The doctor walked me step by step what I needed. I also got a referral quickly and easily. They are able to transfer my records to wherever I needed them without issue. All in all, Hermosa Medical Center was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to go for their medical needs.

The studio audience jeers which is inevitably mixed in with the obligatory multiple *bleeps* for audibly uttered obscenities. There is non-metered parking and metered parking nearby which implies parking is available.

I needed to see a doctor fast to get a basic medical assessment done for my insurance at work. I…read moremet with Dr. Florian, who was great. His staff billed my insurance incorrectly and it was rejected. They then tried to bill me the full amount. My work provides a liason for medical difficulties who then got involved and was able to prove they billed my insurance incorrectly and that they would need to re-send the bill. They claim to have done that. 1 year later I get a bill from them for the entire amount again. I get my company liason involved, who is able to see that they never re-billed my insurance with the correct information (they were entering my name in backwards: last name, first, or vice versa, and the insurance system required the opposite). The head of their billing staff fought with me and with my medical liason until she (the liason) managed to get a copy of both rejected claims from the insurance company and see clear evidence that they were still doing it wrong. At that point, the Phoenix biller finally agreed to re-send. 6 months after that, the same thing happened again. It has now been over 2 years since I had my doctor visit, and I just got another bill in the mail today, still never having gone through my insurance...claiming I owe $750 to get a basic health assessment. I don't trust this office; I'm convinced at this point that their billing people are trying to perpetuate some kind of fraud, and I'm sick of being told every 6 months that my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance somehow won't pay and that I should be responsible for a basic checkup. It's unfortuante because Dr Florian seems like a really upstanding guy.

She applied perfect pressure, she did not talk and the room offered light music. All for $30 bucks! The only drawback is the room is very small and the walls are thin. You can hear some of the activity outside of the room. Also, she was running about 30-40 minutes behind. I can definitely say her work made it worth the wait, but I would hope running behind is not a norm for her. I would pay $60 for a massage with Ellen. After the service, she gave me a card that entitles a friend to a free 15 minute massage and I received a coupon that allows me to have three more massages for $30. I expect this offer will not last long because her service is enough of an incentive to return.

My insurance covered the cost of the orthotics so when it came time to get a refund, the Dr. Clendenim made excuses to not give me a refund. He in stated that I had 2 missed appointments in 2016 that he was billing me for. It's 2025! If I had a balance from 2016, how did they allow me to purchase orthotic in December of 2024? I was a patient in 2016 then moved away. When I tried to resume services in December of 2024, made 6 appointments and never received any services. My insurance was billed for some services and some were marked No Show! I went for acupuncture and the Dr Clendinim lectured me for 20 minutes about secret cures for cancer and scrubbing vaccines out of my body. It was so creepy, I never returned. Never go there!!!!

I even showed her my insurance summary for acupuncture which is the service I was seeking, which listed the required certification. Foolishly, I agreed to an appointment with Dr. Oh, and while I was seeing him, she then called my insurance company. When I came out, she told me his acupuncture care would not be covered and charged me $146 for the visit. I got nothing out of the visit, and was charged $146, which was not covered by my insurance.
