If I have problems with insurance they resolve any issues for they know my history and I am monitored to make sure if any changes need to be made they look into it. The office staff are friendly. professional and will get you through to the right person if you call with a problem. It's terrible ti live with chronic illness and pain and many times you feel like you are a victim of insensitive pharmacies that can make things difficult and make you feel hopeless. Instead, I was told that imaging wasn't necessary and was recommended a course of massages. After two weeks, there was some slight improvement, and I was informed that Dr. Peter would perform spinal manipulations on my neck. I clearly expressed that I was afraid of any neck-related procedures. While I was lying face down on the table, the doctor entered without a greeting or explanation, abruptly cracked my neck on both sides, and walked out without saying a word. Immediately after the procedure, I developed a severe headache on my way home. Ibuprofen helped for the first few days, but soon after, I began experiencing nausea, dizziness, and worsening pain. When I called the clinic to report these symptoms, I was given an appointment only several days later. At the follow-up, Dr. Peter falsely claimed that I had refused an MRI at the beginning, which is not true. When I corrected him, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the clinic within three minutes. No referral for MRI or proper treatment (such as steroids) was provided. It felt like they were trying to avoid having any documented evidence of their mistakes. This experience was not only unprofessional but also dangerous. I strongly advise against going to this clinic -- especially allowing anyone to perform neck manipulations without proper imaging. Dr. Peter showed a shocking lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for patient safety.

After many therapy sessions with several of the therapists my best results came in following their instructions and having Dr. E try a few different procedures to finally gain some relief. The road to recovery is a long one when dealing with therapy for any injury. You must have patients and follow instructions. After going through 4 different doctors and many test procedures at other facilities I gained the best results at PRI.

The doctor took that feedback personally, and was standoff-ish with me during my next appointment where they asked me to come back. Shannon and the staff there are nice but they don't listen to you and certainly don't care about helping you. Avoid this place at all costs. They call themselves an "institute" but there's no thinking outside of the box. There's no learning here or an openness to do so. Nor is there any adaptation to patients' needs. In particular, younger patients. They mostly seem to "treat" elderly people. They're therapy is mostly the therapists watching you do exercises you could probably do at home. The small bit of hands-on stuff they did wasn't helpful. They will rope you in with false promises then suggest expensive out of pocket treatments like PRPs. They also like to call you incessantly if you don't answer right away instead of just leaving a brief message. If I didn't answer the first 3 times why keep calling and not simply leave a message?! In the end, I wasted a lot of time and money bothering with this place and suggest you not do the same. If you have rare or persistent chronic pain issues you're better off avoiding this place. I'd write more but Yelp doesn't allow you to type that much for reviews.

Kramer arrived, no apologies. It's because it is ML King Day, she said. A lot of patients. (If you read other reviews, you'll learn that tardiness by 1 hr is the norm here.) - Kramer's "test" was 3 minutes long. Told the kid to touch her toes. Touched the kid's neck, told her to turn. That's it. By that test alone, she prescribed physical therapy. - No attempt to explain to us parents about possible explanations for our child's discomfort - Over 1 hr late and only talked to the patient for 7 minutes. She is such a joy to go to and I can trust her to make the necessary adjustments to align my body. She is always so positive and I can't recommend her enough. Treatment usually also involves stim and ultrasound (they use bio freeze for the ultrasound and it's like a mini massage.. my favorite). Ive read some of the other reviews and do think that maybe one of the assistants that work there are not my favorite (not terrible but not over the top friendly if that's what you're expecting.. except dr Shannon haha she is definitely so smiley and friendly ) but overall the staff is pleasant and personable.
