Also known as "Palm Beach Massage Center," it is a pain management / physical therapy/chiropractic and massage center. My usual chiropractor is on vacation, so I took advantage of a Groupon for some massage therapy they advertise a 30-minute massage for $15.00. The practice is modern and clean, with several areas for massage and physical therapy. After filling out a questionnaire, my friendly massage therapist started my trigger point massage, focusing on my neck and shoulders. The massage was very relaxing . I can recommend the Groupon purchase or their new client special for $15.00. The appointment was easy to book they also offer longer massage lengths, but they mainly work with insurance and accident and sports injuries. Please support them. read more

Fantastic experience so far. The staff is quite friendly, everyone is nice here. And I barely had to wait any time at all to see a doctor. The best part of the experience was how much the provider cared and how knowledgeable they were. I've gone to a lot of doctors that simply didn't listen to me or didn't believe me. But here you really feel like you can talk their ear off about your pain and feel involved in your treatment plan. The provider takes time to listen and she spends time with her patients. I plan on coming back for trigger point injections next and look forward to it. I feel like I've taken a huge step in getting started with a new pain clinic and finding an answer to my pain. If you've started to feel lost in your pain journey and tired of doctors that slap you into x-ray after x-ray, blood test after blood test then look no further. AVOID THIS PLACE. This place is essentially an insurance scam. They charge the insurance for huge amount of money for things that they didn't even do at the clinic. When I looked at my insurance claims, I found that they have been billing my insurance for nerve injections under imaging guidance, which is not done at their clinic for sure. They were just giving me these muscle trigger point injections -- completely different and much simpler procedure. They were also sending these claims under a different provider name "Medical Nerve Relief", which is very shady. Now here's the worst part, they gave me this back brace and this TENS machine, which I didn't ask for. And then they went ahead and charged my insurance for ridiculous amount of money for these things. They billed my insurance $4336 for the back brace which is sold online for $250, I'm sorry WTH?! My insurance ended up paying them $600 for that thing which is still more than double the price online. This is just straight up theft. This is not to mention that I didn't benefit anything from going there for over 2 months. They just do basic one-size-fits-all kind of stuff like stretch exercises, massage, and spine adjustments. No real thoughtful diagnosis of any kind. Also, you can tell that most of their 5-star reviews are fake. read more

I was having lower back pain for a while. I didn't know what to do, I went to my doctor all they wanted to do was prescribed medicines and I don't like pills. So while scrolling through Facebook I stumbled across pain solutions Facebook page and I message them what was going on and they scheduled me a consultation. With my busy schedule we still make time to get me in and with going there for a month now I can honestly say the pain has gotten a lot better, they helped me get my MRI which told me the actual problem and brought me to other resources. I'm starting to feel a lot better and it was all on chance so if you want a place that will help you and actually cares the doc and everyone there are super friendly and always try to help as much as they can. Dr. Que and Dr. Travis are hands down the best doctors in the valley! I was having major low back pain when I met with Dr. Travis. They keep changing staff and therapists. One of their current therapists is rude and despite multiple requests they keep scheduling me with her. They take old clients for granted and will shift around their appointments to accommodate new clients. There are some good things about the place but it's getting difficult for me to continue going there. read more

Dr. Que and his staff are awesome. I go here for my lower back pain. They treat me good. I feel I'm sit up straighter and my legs is not getting fatigue that much. I'm getting a lot of energy now. It's been a month and half and I'm feeling great. I'm moving back to Cali in a few days and I will miss coming here. I hope I'll find a place like this in Cali to continue my progress. I replied to an advertisement for $37 for chiropractic exam, adjustment, any necessary x-rays, and 30 min massage. When I got there I was whisked off to the x-ray tech immediately; that was all for day 1 then asked to return next day. Day 2 was put in back room showed a video then Dr comes in and tells me all the things that are wrong with me from bone on bone in both knees to neck nearly completely straight when I should have a curvature there. Explains how my back is messed up with this disk problem or that curvature of the spine. Wow. I thought I felt pretty good. He tells me how for $300 TODAY and just $5 per visit if I show up for 3x per week for the next 3 months he'd have his TEAM of what can't they do there. When I left that day never getting an adjustment or massage I asked how much I owe them and the receptionist said nothing. Shady at best. They already managed to get my insurance information while I was setting up the appointment initially. So called my insurance and told them about the bait and switch and am waiting to see if they try to bill my insurance for 2 appointments and whatever else. I have a recording of what this so called Dr said to me so hopefully they won't try anything else shady. Do not recommend read more
