Avoid this business if you want the job done this century. I ordered a simple seat cushion for a rocking chair in August. Per the store owner's recommendation, I brought in the chair and paid upfront for the fabric. I also gave them the foam for the job. I was told it would take a few weeks, maybe a month. No problem. Two months later, I'm still waiting for the cushion, not to mention my chair. Every time I call I get the same reply, "It'll be ready next week. We'll call you then." But no one ever calls. Today I called and was told, "I know nothing about your order but I'll see what I can find out." I'm starting to wonder if I've been swindled or the business owners are just generally disorganized and incompetent. read more
