It feels like a real thrift store with cheap prices, not a picked-over rack or expensive used goods. They were very helpful when we dropped off our end of year donations. The process was easy, friendly, and straightforward. They took everything we brought with no restrictions or runaround, which made the whole experience feel better. I got the receipt for my taxes and the whole thing took around 5 mins. I've also heard they even have a truck that drives around to collect larger furniture donations, which says a lot about how committed they are to making donating accessible. Between the selection inside and how easy they make giving things a second life, Super Thrift feels like a staple thrift store in Bend.
