THEN the manager comes over and visibly all mad & sassy... she rushed through it all and even made an issue out of me taking the the basket outside to my car which was parked right in front of the doors on and running. It woulda still been on the same property nothing left or stolen but she acted like I was going to steal from her. Terrible service, hopefully they get some new help in there cause that was the worst

Old male Manager (who was gossiping on the floor with a younger female coworker-ew) coming in at the tale end of an issue with their (not trained) cashier and accusing me of not understanding.... very very funny 411: train your cashiers instead of holding peoples money hostage, and keeping a long line of people waiting - suspend the transaction and ring the items up once more... just common sense. After finally receiving my cash, I left their "made in China"- I can purchase that on the internet items, and walked out. I now recall why I do not shop there... waste of time.

I like shopping in Columbia (which has really great deals), Eddie Bauer, Rack Room Shoes, Kitchen Collection and some others. Nike, too. The parking lot is huge. This is not a mall where you shop, eat lunch, shop some more. There's not much in the way of food, with the notable exception of Wild Oregon Foods.

Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. My first experience was with one of the management team - Brody - and I cannot day enough great things about my interactions with him. My family and I will be back!
