I paid $90 for an arrangement to be delivered on May 28th, but it didn't arrive until the 29th. What's worse, the app falsely claimed it was delivered on the 28th, and I received no notification about the delay. When the arrangement finally arrived, it was missing several pieces of fruit that were shown on the website. The fruit that was included looked awful - not fresh at all. I also paid extra for additional items that were considered add-ons, but those were not included either. To top it all off, when I called to complain, the manager, Matilda, was incredibly rude. She said she didn't need to notify me of the delay and had only notified the recipient. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am beyond upset with this purchase and the terrible customer service. I expected much more for the price I paid. So we got a bottle of Bourdon aged maple syrup and some other pairings and off we go. So tonight I decided to give it a try. The wife loves fixing me new drinks to try. So we followed the instructions and I have to say it's good. Sweeter than a traditional old fashion and that could be adjusted by cutting back on the syrup. But dang could. I was going to leave a review on their site but does not have this drink listed - must be new.
