I attended a child's birthday celebration here. The party room is spacious. Ashton, the artist in charge of the party, was amazing. She was patient, gave easy directions, and let the kids have fun with painting. Each child had their own easel, and they had enough paint to mix colors and be creative. One is allowed to bring food and cake; I do not think that sternos are allowed. Sadly the quality of this location has deteriorated. I went as a part of an all ladies event. While it was a nice get together, we couldn't paint well because the brushes provided were in poor condition. It was difficult /frustrating to paint crisp lines and edges. Went to bday party here this weekend. I have done several of these events but never at this location. Our group had a fantastic time! I loved all of the paintings all around the room. Everything was set up when we arrived. They offer 2 rooms so there was another party happening at the same time. We barely heard the other group which was nice. Chelsea was our instructor and she was the BEST! She assisted anyone that was struggling and also set up a great playlist for us to listen to. Plenty of free parking. Easy online ordering. My boyfriend and I booked a class for Sunday at 1pm. We were the only ones so we had a private class. It was both of our first times. We had the best time and enjoyed our instructor, Marquita, very much. We are more reserved and she was PERFECT for us. She cracked jokes but not too many. She was honestly the best instructor we could ask for. While we did not create any million dollar masterpieces, we did have a wonderful time. Highly recommend! read more

I've also gone to one of their FREE SOS sessions for extra one on one assistance; the manager even worked around my schedule to make it happen! This is a franchise of Corks n Canvas. I went to a fundraiser for the SPCA, and it was sooo much fun. It's not a painting class - you're not going to learn how to paint, and then go home and make your own paintings. It's more like advanced paint by numbers, with more flexibility. Like a live Bob Ross adventure where you paint stuff other than landscapes (or you can paint landscapes, whatever). You can have a party with your friends and choose your own painting, or just show up whenever they're open to do the painting of the day. If the artist leading the painting for the night can handle it, they might let you just pick a different painting rather than - or in addition to - the painting of the day, but that depends on how many people are there and difficulty or managing it - you know, feasibility issues. The paintings are simple, and it's mostly about just enjoying yourself with your friends (and in my case, my husband was brave and came along) and some strangers, drinking wine and snacking while making a painting. I sent my painting of a dog to my neice. I'm going to make some more, send some to my nephew in Toronto, and then tell everyone I'm an internationally collected artist. read more

Let's just say this was a much needed outing which happened to be a birthday celebration! The instructors both Kellie and oops forgot the other one's name were very energetic and fun. They were patient and to set the mood they had a hellava playlist. The lead instructor belted tones along with the playlist and was very attentive to the no so artistic-folks present. They made us all feel like experts and assisted when needed. I love how she promoted fun and diffuse negative with a drink up timer/chime when folks were getting to serious. Lucked out and got the BOGO deal! Took a few friends here to try out PWAT as well. I've done PWAT before but not at this location. When we arrived, man was this place packed! There are two rooms, front and back, and they were sold out for the night! We definitely did not regret this! All 6 of us had a BLAST! The instructors were fun and enthusiastic and very helpful. They were not lacking of helpers. It's easy to fall behind or get confused, because as the night goes on and people drink more and more, it gets louder and louder (and more and more fun!)! The crowd was also quite friendly! We had convos with our neighbors, made new friends, and had a cheery night! Been here a number of times and always have loads of fun. They always make it seem so easy to paint and encourage you to have fun. This is a great night out for yourself or if friends are getting together. Birthdays, bridal showers or just having friends togwhter. The teachers are great and always willing to help.
