I had a budget to spend and was thinking about engaging them to help me decorate my whole house. Their portfolio looks interesting (despite similar or same items used in many houses) and I knew that hiring them would be more expensive that sourcing individual items over the internet and I was fine with that because it's the service that manners and I was hoping hiring them would save me a little bit of time. One of the ladies jumped right at me in what felt like a very non-friendly way and demanded that I sanitize my hands. They had a tiny bottle of sanitizer which was was not even visible (not a sign next to it like most shops have, nothing, it's totally unnoticeable to someone who just walked in for the first time). That lady's tone and her demeanor was so off-putting that I regretted driving there and my shopping mood was instantly ruined, so I ended up engaging a different design firm who are polite with new customers.

Confirming prior terrible reviews of staging. We hired them through Angi's revitalize program…read more(through my agent) so I did not choose the team, we were matched. The staging was delayed by a week. Once the house was staged it was very obvious it did not meet the luxury listing we had: bedrooms had just a bed/nightstand only, the beds looked like boxes and had thin bedding, very sparsely furnished rooms, almost no decor and untouched kitchen area. Just very sad and lifeless design. We gave them a second attempt and although it was a bit better it still was not up to par compared to our listing price. We respectfully asked to destage. The destaging part took forever. While the team offered a third attempt at staging (which was declined), mysteriously the truck become unavailable to destage until the next week, then the end of the week, then Friday, then Friday morning and finally a 30min heads up when we are 60in away. After destaging we got a $7,500 bill and had the task of removing lots of oversized 2inch nails from our walls. I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Setting the Space. I made a similar review on Angi's list.

I bough a candle for myself and one for my daughter! Loved the shop and hope to shop there again in our next trip to CC!!! It's well worth the trip and stop! I'm going to try to text or email her and buy more candles for the rest of winter and into spring !!
