It works for basic purposes. First off their pizzas are okay, but they aren't my favorite. It might sound like I'm dissing this restaurant. I'm not as pizza is subjective. For the record they are okay, but what really captures my attention is their delicious steak and cheese subs. These with fries are quite good. A soda to give you that caffeine boost, it's fairly reasonable in cost. The location on 236 can be busy. Their delivery drivers seem cool, along with the rest of their employees. Looks like a good place to work, and the service is quite nice. Getting in and out on 236 is never dull. If you're in the area and want a quick meal, you may want to consider this. A clean restaurant that's well run, and they have quite an extensive menu. read more

Great non-gourmet pizza but the real gem here is the Chicken Parmesan Sub. It is literally the best I've ever had and is now one of my favorites period. 10/10. Delivery from here is always on time and usually early in my experience. Takeout always goes smoothly without incident - excellent and friendly service. Inside and outside is a typical pizza delivery place. There is a patio with some seating outside, but it doesn't look particularly inviting. All in all this place is great and the Chicken Parmesan Sub is the GOAT. Seriously, get the Chicken Parmesan. read more

December 21- There were bugs on my food and the box, crawling around. At least 6 of them. 3 of my coworkers witnessed this as well. I immediately called the store and the Manager Nicholas didn't seem concerned or apologetic about it, but said a refund would be issued. December 30- no refund despite 5 phone calls to the store saying a refund would be given to me, and me sending order feedback to their corporate office. Just want to give a big shout out to Paisano's pizza in Annandale. We had a large order tonight that we didn't get called in on time on our end, and the manager at Paisanos was SUPER helpful in remedying the situation and expediting our order very quickly so we could have it ready for our event. So thankful for the amazing customer service- oh and the pizza was delicious, too! We have had this event weekly this summer and they have consistently delivered high quality pizza right on time every week. Driver calls and hangs up. Calls again and hangs up with no explanation such as "Your pizza is here". Gave good tip and still didn't get correct order. Was supposed to have green peppers not banana peppers. I guess banana peppers are a little "green". Btw when you order their promotion for BOGO for $1, your paying more than that for toppings they can't even get correct. Not the worst tasting pizza and def not the best. Ordered through uber eats and food was here when expected. The Stromboli was amazing!! The peppers and onions had that perfect crunch where it wasn't soggy. The pepperoni and sausage weren't overpowering the cheese and the sauce was delicious. The steak and cheese didn't have much flavor and feel like the frozen ones I've made had more flavor. The meat was just blah. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was good I would order the spaghetti and the Stromboli again This is my 2nd time ever eating paisanos ( first was just pizza) but it's a nice change up from dominos and Pizza Hut plus they have a lot of menu options. We had Paisanos from a different store a couple of weeks ago and the pizza problem was the same. The pizza had lots of grease and we had to use all of our napkins to soak it all up. Pretty standard pizza and subs. Ordered take out tonight - garden salad, cheese pizza for my little one, pepperoni calzone for the teen and custom three filling calzone for me. Food was good (despite teen's belly ache from her calzone - was a little heavy on the ricotta) and people working there were really nice. I had no issues in placing an order, which in Annandale happens more often than not. I came here today and ordered the lunch special. It included two slices and a can of coke for around $6. I asked for regular pepperoni as the topping, and it took literally less than five minutes for them to prepare it. It was wonderfully delicious and I only wish I had one slice extra. Super fast delivery. Like 15 mins even though they said 40 mins. Although the delivery guy wasn't so friendly. I ordered a large pizza and hot wings. The wings were fried with the hot sauce on the side which was weird but the wings were tasty. The pizza was good but not good reheated. I'm between 3 and 4 stars. The floors and tables were sticky despite there being a young man repeatedly mopping and cleaning it. The food itself was below sub-par, and the salad was slimy and old. The pasta I ordered was still cold and bland. When I asked the staff about the quality of service, they were dismissive and insulting. Also, when I was dining there was a patron who came in about the towing of their car in which the Paisano staff had ordered it to be towed even though it was not in compliance with the law or sign. My new favorite pizza joint in Annandale, VA. They offer two types of crust, New York and Thin. I ordered the Hawaiian with the New York style crust and we ate at their outdoor patio. Food - The pizza was excellent. Plus points for plenty of pineapple and ham! Service - Very good, professional, timely, and courteous. Atmosphere - This Annandale restaurant has a hole-in-the-wall feel. I loved the smell of pizza as I approached. Location - Easily accessable in Annandale along Little River Turnpike. Plenty of parking for what seems to be primarily a takeout restaurant. Location/Atmosphere - Each are good, but combined create one small short coming. This is where I struggle with the overall rating - having an outdoor patio is great, but understand it sits a short distance from the Turnpike. Anyway, I am glad they have the patio Overall - I recommend Paisano's Pizza. I look forward to more pizza and trying their subs! read more

Hate to do this abotu Paisano's, but I have no choice. Had ordered dinner for the family here last night since a lot of places were too crowded for Mother's Day. Ordered 2 Lasgna's, 1 Fried Mushrooms, and 1 Fetticunice Alfredo. Dinner comes, and I'm taking everything out, and at first everything seemed fine. Usually when the Fetticunice comes, it's filled almost to the top with pasta and more cheese on top. Not this time! It was just about half full! Daughter was disappointed in that because that is her favorite dish along with the Fried Mushrooms. And the Mushrooms were too greasy as well! Next for the Lasgna's. Too much Tomato Sauce, and very little beef in it and the sauce tasted like it was from a can. Wife and I barely finished them. And the garlic bread that came with all three tasted like it was a day old and stale. This is the first time that I've had a problem with the food from here. I've ordered from here about half a dozen times since moving to Annandale, but I don't think I would again. Last night, I ordered online and opted to pay the additional cost for a side of garlic sauce, even making a note "garlic sauce x2 please." Upon receiving the order I found that they hadn't even included one! Super annoying, since I had paid extra for it and because the pizza just isn't really the same for me, without it. This is not the first time that this has happened here, so the next time I go to order a pizza I will definitely opt for somewhere else, like Papa John's, where I actually receive what I paid for. This place is pretty good. They worker approached me before I picked un my to go order and asked if he can give me anything else. I asked for condiments and he threw in more then enough and a bunch of mariner sauce which was nice they aren't stingy on there stuff. The fries were great my family loved them they were smothered in cheese and bacon and we dipped them in there white sauce. And e toppings they weren't stingy on at all. The gyros were fully packed, the strombolies were fully packed and tasted good. The meatballs and spaghetti were cooked perfectly which some places mess up. The onions rings were crispy but plain not really any flavor but they were crispy by the times got home. We will come again. These people are fast, friendly, accurate, reasonably priced and most importantly - delicious. We order from them to our office at least 1-2 times a week. They know us by heart, know our preferences, and don't complain when we have 40000 separate credit card orders and then some cash on top of it. I order from here OFTEN. They have great prices, super fast delivery, and are ALWAYS very pleasant. There's one guy who always answers the phone and he is so, so, so polite. I have ordered both carry out and delivery from here, either way, food is ready quick and served hot. Their steak and cheese is amazing (I usually get the deal for two subs, with two fries, and two cans of soda for me and my husband because it comes out cheaper that way). Do you really want stuff from a can on your pizza? What is this, Little Caesars? But it costs a lot more than Little Caesars, and I can get a fresh-ingredient pizza at Casa D'Mama for a lower price. I wanted Italian and I didn't want to spend too much going to Olive Garden or something of that sort so I went to Paisano's. I got the spaghetti with meat balls (they gave me spaghetti with meat sauce) and it cost me around 15$. I got an order of garlic knots and that was about 5$ and I got a bottled drink for 2$. Since I was eating there (which the place ain't so great for dining in) I gave them a 2$ tip. In total my lunch cost me 24$!! The food was good and the portions was huge but I had to throw half of it out because I wasn't going home after lunch. I felt so disappointed!
