BUFFALO WINGS - YOUR CHOICE OF HOT, MILD or BBQ
    Tony T.

This place is the real deal! You don't see too many places with quality thin crust pizza so I was pretty excited to try it when I came across this spot. The pizza crust is light, the sauce is delicious, and the pie is full of toppings. We also got an order of wings and they were absolutely worth it. The wings were crispy and tossed in your favorite sauces. They only have a few options but I'd recommend the hot. It's not as spicy as you think but does have a little bit of a kick. In addition to pizza, they have salads, Stromboli's, pasta, and wings. It was hard to choose so we will definitely be back to try the other stuff on the menu. The staff is pretty friendly and efficient throughout the entire ordering process. Certainly worth checking out if you are looking to satisfy that pizza craving in the Annandale area. Great alternative to the big chains.

    Sausage pizza- "regular" crust.

I ordered tonight from casa because I had seen so many comments about it being new york style etc. sorry, that's not what I got. Exactly as somebody else said, the 40-50 minute delivery turned into over an hour. When the delivery guy came to the door he asked me for cash for gas money! (I already tipped him through the app.) we got the regular crust on the pizza, so I can't speak for the thin crust, but this could have been chain pizza and you wouldn't know the difference.

This is not how pizza is supposed to look...the taste was not better.

I'm writing this review completely based on the pizza by the slice. On my phone, one of the featured yelp review comments mentioned something about this place having ACTUAL New York Style Pizza which is so hard to find in the area. This had me intrigued...but as we all probably know, you should never go somewhere based on looking at 1 review. Whoever wrote that review has never ever ever ever been to New York. If they did, they got their pizza from somewhere that is worse than S'Barros. The reviewer should have their Yelp account taken away and probably even be banned from the Internet. This was probably the worst pizza you can find anywhere in the area possibly the world. The lunch (may be all times) special is for under $6.00 you get 2 slices of 2 topping pizza and a coke. Great deal...until you see the pizza. Instead of having premade hand tossed pizzas where they just throw the slice in the oven to heat up and crisp up the crust, they just make 2 slices of pizza from scratch. They brag about being "fresh" which in theory is good, but this is pizza not seafood. Because they are creating slices instead of a pie, it is a disaster. For one thing you can't eat the slice for 10 minutes because it is always direct out of the oven. That doesn't take down any stars, but it is somewhat inconvenient. The pizza was dangerously hot. But the pizza looked like they took some crust (which was crispy and good) but then threw on the toppings (you can pick any 2, which is different due to the MTO). Then they dumped a bunch of cheese on top of it. I don't even know if there was sauce on it to be honest. The cheese was just thick clumps half-heartedly dumped on top of the crust. It was gross because each bite was just eating globs of mozzarella. Look at the picture. If you or anyone thinks this is how they do it in New York, then you should also be banned from the Internet. Some other signs that were not good. I went at 1pm and the place was empty. There was 1 person cooking in the back and 1 cashier. I don't even see how they have room to flip the pizza dough, and I don't think they do that anyway. The place is like a tiny cafeteria, nothing special to eat there. I'd be happy to go back and try their Gyro, I think that is more the style of food they are good at cooking despite pretending to be Italian with the pizza name.

We consistently order pizza from here. Always good. Not 5 stars but solid 4. Good ratio of cheese, sauce and crust.

Ordered subs here for dinner. Very skimpy fillings and salty, dry pastrami on the New York sandwich.

Their classic steak and cheese is delicious, but I love the steak and mushroom. You can 'edit' the sub any way you like, light lettuce, extra tomato, double meat : whatever you want, you got it! The bread always tastes fresh and the meat is packed in full. The sub is delicious eaten right away, but also still good an hour later or air fried for lunch the next day. You can get their sub combo for $14 which comes with fries (or UTZ chips) and a drink of choice, plus a pickle stick. Service: 5/5 : the owner (i think) is always there and super friendly; recently i had ordered a pick up order but their delivery driver mistakenly took it; he called her to come back right away and offered me a complimentary drink for the trouble. Ambiance: they have a few seats at their window counter; its mainly a togo/ grab n go shop so i wouldnt recommend eating there but i guess you could! --Definitely recommend checking out big bite for their steak and cheese!

NOTE: This is mostly replicated in my review for Spice Circle as these businesses are co-located…read more Searching for pizza late night one night, and wanting something different than the old reliable of Domino's, Papa John's, or Pizza Hut, a new place called Indian Pizza Company. So, since I was looking for Pizza, the Butter Chicken Pizza caught my eye and instantly made me craving for it. Unfortunately, it was too late the night that I found them on Yelp, so I had to wait a couple of days. I knew generally where they were located, but had no idea that they were nestled a couple doors down from the Harris Teeter I have been going to for years. Even knowing the address, I passed by the first time as it doesn't stand out among the other businesses in the strip mall. Upon walking in, I saw that the place is clean and I was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the register. Still craving the idea of Butter Chicken on a Pizza, how could I order anything else? Well, when I noticed that they also sell momos, I also ordered Chicken Momos. The sound of a Mint Cherry Lemonade spurred my curiosity as well, so that topped off my order. The steamed momos took a little bit of time to make, so I was given my lemonade in the meantime...at my request. It is pretty amazing...but, you may want to ask for extra ice as it is very sweet and very sour at the same time...but is made fresh from real fruit and muddled mint. After about 10min, my order was ready, and somehow I was able to resist the urge to open the bag before my ten minute drive home. I have to admit, at first sight, the size to price ratio seemed to be off balance. The Butter Chicken flatbread pizza is not that big. Personal sized is appropriate...but the size is deceptive. Every bite of this little Pizza was amazing. It was like Butter Chicken and Pizza were made to be paired...with a generous amount of mozzarella marrying the two together. The chicken, the sauce, the cheese, the spice, the flatbread, the caramelized edges...all make for an amazing experience. After finishing the last bite of the last slice, I was unexpectedly, and pleasantly full. So, that size to price ratio? For such a unique and amazing Pizza, I think it's appropriately priced. The momos I had to save for the next day, but they too were amazing. For those unfamiliar with momos, the dumplings themselves are not that different from other Asian dumplings except that they tend to be fully stuffed and with higher quality meat. What sets momos apart is the sauce which is rich and flavorful...not just soy sauce like so many other asian dumplings. In this case, the sauce is a rich, creamy, spicy tomato sauce...and it paired perfectly with the chicken momos. They too seemed to be too few to make a meal, but I was wrong. Totally full afterwards with smile a mile wide. Will I be back? Uh...I would have gone back every day afterwards if I didn't want to ruin a good thing!
