Absolutely adore this store. They have a wide selection of personal items in a variety of fragrances. If you don't like their normally stocked fragrances, you can visit their fragrance bar and create your own. Their products are excellent for gifts. Gift wrapping is available. My friends and I spent about 30 minutes in this shop obsessing over the different products. You're able to make your own scents by blending different essential oils together for lotions, perfumes, etc! And it wasn't expensive at all. We had a blast and the two employees working there were such a great time. They were warm and also extremely knowledgeable. I only wish there was a tip jar because they totally deserved it. Amazing products and the store is so relaxing and beautiful! You can ask them to make you a certain smell for the products you purchase if the scent isn't available on the shelf. Everything is organic and chemical free. I have been using the face foam wash and the goats milk lotion and my skin has never felt softer. I have used them after sunburn and it truly helped to relieve the burn. I recommend Paisley & Company's products to everyone! read more

I love this little place, what a hidden gem! I'm 2 weeks from my due date and have been using Mama Balm throughout my pregnancy. Not a stretch mark in sight! I also bought two pregnant friends some and the are equally in love with the product. We've made our orders online and it always arrives at my house quickly and includes samples of other products. I've loved them all and am now ordering more than the mama balm! The products are all natural and the quality is so much higher than what you can get in a drug store. My sister gave my pregnant wife some Mama Balm, which she purchased at this store while visiting family in PA. I have since gone online and reordered many tubs because my wife fell in love with the stuff. The ordering is easy, the options are great (customize fragrances and colors on a lot of the stuff) and the price is fair. I also feel good every time I purchase a product from a charming little boutique from a charming little town. Great little bath place! Excellent variety of items, wonderful scents. Bath bombs, bubble bath, shower gel, body lotion, perfumes, foot products, lip glosses, accessories. Exceptional staff who can make items for you while you wait if they have run out of a product particular scent. I will never shop here again. I have purchased many products from both this store and whole foods. Recently I purchased a facial product that I had a severe reaction to. When I attempted to exchange the product I was told that they do not exchange or refund any purchases. What made the situation even worse was that the employee was extremely rude to me and had the audacity to question my severe reaction. I experienced terrible customer service and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to never shop here. read more

My daughter is quite accurate in her representation of what occurred yesterday at Paisley and Company. I have up until yesterday only used their products and have promoted their shop to my coworkers. When my daughter announced her wedding date Paisley was the only place I thought of doing business with for personalized gifts. The manner in which I was treated by Mikayla yesterday was horrible. When I ordered the product and stated colored soaps she should have asked her mother, the owner about my prior order. I wound up paying for something I did not order and no apology or effort was made to rectify the situation. If this is how loyal customers are treated I will be very wary of going there again. read more

I'm somewhat sad to write this review. My mother introduced us to Paisley and Co. last year. Our previous visits have been very pleasant. My husband and I visited in August and worked with a young gentleman to create the perfect scent for our candle wedding favors. During that visit and other visits, we felt the staff was very accommodating and patient. My mother buys all of her soaps, goats milk lotion, and face wash from Paisley. However, today we interacted with Mikayla, daughter of Joann.The interaction started out pleasant until my mother questioned the soaps she had received. Confusion arose when my mother stated that she had requested colored soaps that she had purchased previously. Rather than being accommodating and helpful, Mikaylas response was "we have a lot of customers and a lot of products..." She also stated that she couldn't look through previous orders to see where the discrepancy was. Her overall attitude was poor and she seemed like she did not have the time to address the issue, even though we were the ONLY customers in the store. I myself had planned to purchase something and ask about creating a scent, however did not feel comfortable after seeing how she interacted with a loyal customer who has purchased and even promoted many of their products. Unfortunately, I don't believe we will be returning to purchase anything in the near future due to the bad taste that this interaction left in our mouths. Very disappointed. read more
