Prices for products are moderate to high. I have occasionally shopped at this store across most categories of products, but more in the past than recently. I prefer to purchase other brands of products from competing stores. Comparatively, I think that the products at Sephora have a similar to lower quality than lower-priced products elsewhere.

We sniffed 127 (not a typo) scents. Michael (owner & Galimard graduate) walked us through the brand's history, his education, how perfume reacts with our bodies, and let us develop our signature scents. I have to wait two (2) weeks for the perfume to mesh/settle. I will be sniffing my Base, Middle, and Top teasers. I found the website not user-friendly. The phone menu refers the customers to the website. Our perfumes are now on file ... so if we run out, Michael can recreate our final products. We got great street parking.

Amal basically made me look like a drag queen and everyone at ulta could tell the makeup she had done was horrible. In addition, after I attempted to communicate my concerns and request a refund, I was blocked, which left me with no way to resolve the issue directly. I am requesting that Ulta review this situation and let me know if there is any possible resolution or action that can be taken, since the service was connected to one of your employees. I chose the salon at Ulta because I have visited other locations in the past where they gave me a really nice haircut. I have to say, though what Amal did was completely transform me from blah to bombshell!! She took the time to listen to me about everything I was hoping to achieve. I was scared initially that the color she would give me would come out looking very ashy, and that is usually not a good look for me, but the end result completely went above and beyond all of my expectations.
