Keep in mind that the last time customer service emailed me was back on Dec 23 asking for more information and today is Jan 13th which is 21 days. There comment about the issue was: "Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that a 25% discount was already applied at checkout. The order was placed at 3:45 PM on Friday, December 19, and it shipped mid-day on Monday, December 22. At the time of purchase, there was no "arrives by" delivery guarantee associated with the order." I'm going to pile on with everyone else regarding recent service by Pajamagram. I ordered under their BOGO on December 1, and when I hadn't received my order by December 14, I contacted Pajamagram "customer service." Unlike others, I got a response offering me $25 off my order or cancellation because they were so overwhelmed by the orders they received that they couldn't keep up. As of today, I haven't heard anything else and have disputed the charge with my bank. I have tried to call the customer service number and get the same recording every time even though I'm calling within their business hours. There's no one to take my call; please call back tomorrow. I have also tried calling the corporate headquarters number and the call won't connect. I have always wanted to order from Pajamagram and based on this experience I will never order from them again. One with the expected delivery date well within the suggestion of the Pajamagram website. Today we received a notification that these pajamas will not be arriving that our money will be refunded without any further explanation . Ordered Christmas pj's and received late - in January. I would like to return them. I initiated a return but their system failed to create the return label. I've called customer service and get an automated message instructing callers to call back tomorrow and this has happened over 10 times. My account says my pjs have already been returned. No they haven't. I have them and wish to return. I want my $100 back. This is ridiculous. This is not how to run a company. I have loved ordering matching pajamas for my husband and dog for the last 3 Holiday Seasons. I was especially excited because we were able to get a set that had wanted to have for years but has sold out quickly. The order arrived and my dog's set was missing. It was included in the packing slip and my receipt - but was not in the package. I immediately reached out to customer support and got a form response back. I have followed up to the same email chain with my order number and attached the receipt and packing slip. I have followed up every day to the same email chain. No response. I would have done something different had I known this would happen. They're expensive for the quality as well - I paid extra and chose to order from PajamaGram because we wanted to have our dog included. I would have saved my money and gone to Target. I was ready to give a not so nice review when I ordered pajamas for Christmas in November 2025 and was not receiving an update on shipping or a response from customer service after a couple of weeks. I finally received an email response which confirmed my order would ship in time to arrive before Christmas (and the delay was due to a backup in processing an overwhelming number of orders). My order arrived before Christmas and was perfect. I hope they have increased their staff to handle orders this season. UPDATE! The saga continues! I never heard back about my missing pj set (I only received one pair) but I was sent an email with a form to write a review. So, in this company the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I wrote a review all right. And THEN, having cancelled my order for the other two pairs I ordered for friends' Christmas presents, but not having received a refund, or the pajamas, I got an email on December 31 saying that both sets had been shipped and were on their way to me. As many people may or may not know, Pajamagram is no longer owned by Vermont teddy bear company they were sold in 2024. Prior to the sale they were reliable company with good product and great customer service. I believe a company named lionel capital. purchase the company but prior to the final sale. I spoke to a customer service representative in Rochester, New York who informed for me she was the only original Customer Service rep from Vermont teddy fair trying to keep up with the complaints. Apparently the transition was not seamless at all. I myself ordered several pairs of be mine valentine pajamas that did not arrive until Thanksgiving/Christmas. They did offer a huge discount due to the delay. I love the quality of the pajamas on unfortunately, the new company is under very poor management and near nonexistent Customer Service. Don't know if anybody else realized the change of ownership, but that seems to be the problem. Hopefully they'll get their act together because it was a great product. read more

I would have never ordered from them if I knew this! I sent an email after 2 weeks because they never sent a shipping confirmation and they said we are taking our time to ensure accuracy (blah blah blah). The phone number hangs up on you. Their email responses are automated. Their Twitter account has not seen a new post in 2 years. They do NOT provide tracking numbers and force you to sign with and give your data to the 3rd pop Shop app in order to track orders they apparently do not ship anyway. DO NOT TRUST Pajamagrams. UPDATE: After reviewing the feedback on Yelp, I've decided to stop waiting for Pajamagram to resolve their return label issue and have initiated a dispute through my credit card company. I currently have their product and am prepared to return it as soon as they provide me with the proper shipping label. Given that Pajamagram has failed to address this matter appropriately, I feel it's necessary to take this step. I believe they do not deserve my money. REVIEW: I placed an order for two sets of holiday pajamas on November 27, 2024, with standard delivery (3-10 days). However, 12 days later, my order had still not shipped, so I reached out to Pajamagram. The order was finally shipped on December 10, 2024, but did not arrive until December 27, 2024. Since the items did not arrive in time for Christmas, I contacted Pajamagram to inquire about the return process. I was told to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate the return online. Once I started the return process, I encountered an error when attempting to download the return shipping label. I contacted Customer Service again and was informed that there was an IT issue, which they assured me would be resolved within a day or so. Now, WEEKS later, on January 22, 2025, I am still UNABLE to print the return shipping label. The only resolution Pajamagram has offered is that I can make my own return label and cover the return shipping costs myself. Pajamagram has not provided a timeline for when the IT issue will be resolved, nor have they offered an alternative solution, such as sending me a return label or reimbursing me for the return shipping. Despite emailing Customer Service almost daily, there has been no resolution. At this point, the situation feels increasingly frustrating and, frankly, like I am being taken advantage of. These are terrible. The sleeves are much too short. I bought two "large" pairs, and in one, the sleeves are a foot short, and in the other, the sleeves are 6 inches short. My order never even shipped, and all requests by their online form have been met with an auto response. There was never a follow up from that auto response. They have no actual customer service by phone. The recording always says "call next business day" but it says that every day at all times of day. I ordered 2 pair of pajamas and a robe on November 29 as a Christmas gift for my mom. 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received anything as far as shipping so I reached out through their online form. A few weeks later, I tried to inquire in the status of my order. I couldn't find any information except that "the order was received." But just like a million other reviews have stated, the pajamagram of today will take your money and then *poof*--into the ether it goes. No shipping updates. No delivery updates. I'm glad I paid through paypal as they will make things right. But I've ordered through etsy, where many of the products are literally coming from China or India. So yeah--you might have to wait a few weeks for that. But even on etsy, the sellers contact you immediately.
