I'm at a loss regardless, but I wanted to make sure to get in because it was Saturday. Got to the door looked at my clock. One after three people in there. 1 left Miss Brenda at the door. I'm like look labels already made packages already packed. Can I leave the package with you? Explain how I got almost got hit by three cars to bike my tail over to make this delivery. Two minutes too late to leave a package... gosh if this was a place like Myers or Walmart I would congratulate them for getting all my returns. All I can do is reach out every place my experience. The first one she purchased on Saturday evening didn't end up working, and she bought two pens for her kids that had arms that moved. One of the kid pens broke overnight. So, we visited here twice while staying at the comfort inn across the way (super bad customer service there, btw). Oh well. Customer service was stupendous at Office Max though, we had an older gentlemen as our cashier and he was beyond patient with us and our exchanges, for another charger and another kid's pen. Plus, he helped us open the store door when it was still locked. D'oh.

So far not a great experience. Went online and scheduled a time today for a 4pm pickup this Sat…read more and didn't receive a confirmation that a driver was assigned so I kept checking back online, still nothing, so I called the office at 3, no one answered, left a message, and no one called back. Then 4pm rolled around, nothing. Called again, got someone this time who said no drivers were available, which is totally fine, definitely short notice, but communication is key. Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star.
