That's your responsibility. For my jaunt, we moved our tenants out who left a load of goods behind. They weren't really goods more like the junk they didn't want. I foiled the curb up and called the Kings. They came the next day later than anticipated but despite they picked every bit of the junk I had there. I did have to negotiate a reasonable price with them but they had no issue accommodating my reasoning. Between the two of us we came to an agreement. They cleaned all the garbage up same day, in and out in one trip. Highlight alert, I set all this up from my hometown Milwaukee and we took care of it all over the phone. They even sent me a couple pics of the area after they cleaned it out! Solid service if you ask me, using technology for what it was made for! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!
