Monica was the instructor for my first evaluation class and final brush up class. Pal was my instructor for routine driving class. I like the way he teach student. My recent experience with them was absolutely unacceptable -- borderline scam-level behavior. I scheduled both a driving lesson and a road test for my daughter. The lesson was supposed to take place right before the test, giving her time to practice, calm her nerves, and prepare. What actually happened? The instructor showed up minutes before the road test. There was no lesson, no warm-up, no time to even get comfortable in the car. He rushed her to the DMV and dropped her off -- and that was it. Despite this, they charged us full price for both the lesson and the test. No apology. No accountability. Just a dishonest cash grab. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's a scam. When you hire a driving school, you expect them to care about your child's success and safety. All Care Driving School showed none of that. They clearly don't value their customers, their time, or their trust. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this business. Report them if you've experienced anything similar.
