They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Like they do to other similar reviews from other people that were ghosted by them.

I chose this shop because, when it was previously Service King, my mother had positive experiences, and my auto insurance recommended this location due to its proximity to my home. When I initially picked up my vehicle, it looked great. Several weeks later, while hand-washing the vehicle as recommended after repairs, I noticed the clear coat peeling on the repaired bumper. I returned to the shop, where the General Manager attempted a repair and stated he had "never seen anything like this." Fast forward to the present--while washing my vehicle again, I noticed additional areas where the clear coat is bubbling, and on the side where repairs were performed, the clear coat is now chipping away. I brought the vehicle back to the shop, only for the General Manager to essentially throw his hands up at the situation. He claimed the damage was caused by rock impacts; however, there is no visible impact damage in these areas. I've had multiple vehicles repaired over the years at body shops of my choosing and have never experienced an issue that required repeat visits--nor have I ever had a shop fail to restore a vehicle to its pre-loss condition as promised. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. If you value quality repairs and accountability, go elsewhere

All the shops sent…read moreus to Ralph at the Restoration Shop in Stafford, VA They are the last of the machinists anywhere around and I'm so glad they are, and we found them. Ralph was so easy to talk to and completely went over everything that needed done also sat us at his desk took his time to show us things on the internet about our bike. He went over and beyond to walk us through step by step. He would call as the process went along, explained everything in detail to me. Price was super fair and when I picked the part up, he had to do more then he quoted me in price but instead of not doing it because I didn't pay for the extra, he did it anyway. The part we received back from him looked like the day the bike was bought. I will and would recommend his shop to anyone that needs work done. You won't find anyone like them in this shop. Oh, he also printed us out step by step instructions on how to do the break in process. Thank you, Ralph and your partner (sorry missed his name), couldn't have asked for more, great customer service!! This is a 1989 bike, looks brand new and was done in a timely manner... I saw the great reviews here, so brought it in to see what could be done because it seemed obvious that something was just misaligned. Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know. But they tried to upsell me on a repair that was thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even broken and was a component easily pushed right back into place. So definitely get a second opinion if you go here.

I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

After going to other places to get some help on the root of the issue, it turns out, the break replaced by Car Source Collision wasn't the right measurement - so now, I have a squeaky break pad.. I referred this place to others, but I no longer wish to do business with this place. They thought that I wouldn't notice or that it wouldn't be a big issue... well, thanks.

With the exception of the front head lamps, the vehicle was completely drivable. the vehicle was driven from the stafford virginia office to the shop in Falmouth virginia, and there were no mechanical issues reported. They had the vehicle for over a month. When my son picked the vehicle up on a friday he noticed a loud grinding sound coming from the front of the vehicle. He recorded the sound and sent me the video. As a precaution, I had him return home and park the vehicle. We tried to contact them the next day but they were closed. When I personally inspected the vehicle I noticed that the left front brake pad was literally sticking to the rotor. We took it to another mechanic for and inspection and the mechanic said he could not remove the tire because one of the lug nuts was not removable. After a visual inspection the mechanic stated that it appears that the caliper on the left had been tightened so tight that it was destroying the pad and rotor due to the tremendous of heat being generated. I took the vehicle back to PRO Tech on Monday and the the manager on site immediately began to shift the blame. He claimed that this was the result of months of wear and tear, even though they drove it at least 12 - 24 miles, and did not report a single issue. None of the other brakes have any problems. They all have over 50% remaining on the other brake pads. Additionally the "NEW Bumper" they installed is defective. The door that is used to access the toe hook in the front, is already falling apart. Again, the manager claimed that this is normal (I tried to post a video, but the file is too big.) Even if this was normal wear and tear, the mechanic should have identified this in his inspection or when he was driving it. The sound is way too obvious to ignore. Very unprofessional, poor craftsmanship, no quality control.... USAA should remove them from their list of approved vendors ASAP!!!!!

My vehicle was rear-ended, I had to get an inspection and written estimate for repair. My auto insurer referred me to Pro-Tech Collision Center, LLC at 171 Garrisonville Road and stated afternoon appointments were available on May 29 (Memorial Day), and I asked since that Monday is a holiday the business will be opened? I was told yes and given an appointment. I arrived at the business on May 29 to find a sign posted, closed for Memorial Day holiday. I advised my auto insurer of the same, and received an apology that if the business was closed the system would not allow an appointment. I wanted someone to come to my home to perform the inspection and estimate of repair but was told that was not possible. I requested to go to the next closest collision center and unfortunately there wasn't one. I had to return to Pro-Tech Collision Center. I received an appointment for a different day. I arrived at the business, the receptionist stated she did not have my name for an appointment and she kept typing on the computer. She finally found my name and my statement that I wanted someone to come to my home for the inspection and estimate; than stated the auto insurer does not make appointments because that is the job of the business. After that mini-drama was over, the receptionist handed me a tablet to complete registration. I completed the registration with the exception of the last question, which asked "how do you want to be updated on your repair text, telephone or email"? Those were the only choices so I did not select any because the business is not setting up the repair, I was and would have the ability to contact the repair place myself. If anything additional is needed, the repair place would contact either me or the adjuster to address any matters. Also, I did not want my information to be shared with anyone else that would bombard me with unwanted text messages, telephone calls or emails. I said the same to the receptionist and then to the person performing the inspection. There was no reassurance about my assumptions for declining to answer the last question and no other options were made available. It was select one of three methods for updates or forego the inspection. Since I did not and would not answer the last question, I was denied service. The entire situation was petty and a horrible way to run a business. Stay away from Pro-Tech Collision Center and their antics.

They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.
