My friends and I came here and did the bowling for 1 hour which was around $50 plus $4.50/pp for shoe rentals. The bowling itself wasn't bad, but there were some slight mechanical issues with the lane towards the end which cut into our time. We had one turn left each and the game cut off right before which was a bummer. We ordered some of their cocktails which were good but service was slow for sure. Place is great for kids and adults because there's also an arcade, ping pong, and pool tables but those cost extra. Looks like a fun place for birthday parties for kids. This place is loads of fun! Despite pandemic times, it is kept very well sanitized to ensure the safety of all guests. The food here is also surprisingly good - you usually don't associate high quality food with a place like this, but I was blown away by how tasty the pizzas and nachos were. Also, the prices are rather reasonable, which was also great to see. Service was also top notch, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. There is an arcade section here, along with pool tables to play billiards, and a bowling alley available. I did all of these except the arcade (I didn't have enough time to try out some of the arcade games they had, that'll be done another time) with the group of friends I came here with and had a blast. There wasn't a single dull moment as we all were having so much fun, and were rather sad when we found out our time was up. We wanted the fun to keep going! The washrooms are also very clean which is also important. This place is great for families and people of all ages. I saw a wide variety of age groups here and everyone had a great time - no feelings of awkwardness about whether something here would be too old for someone or not. Last Wednesday, I attended a work party at Palasad South, there was group of eight of us and this was a perfect venue! A nice dinner and fun and games; how could you go wrong? Some of us were early so we were waiting to be seated although we had reservations for 6:45pm, and finally someone got to us around 7:00pm and we were seated. It was a busy night for a Wednesday. Wednesday is half price jumbo wings with a purchase of a beverage, and every Wednesday they make a special sauce for the wings, just for that day. So we got an order of those, plus a few others. The charcuterie board we had been eyeing when looking at the website for their menu, and we got a apple and goat cheese salad as well, all to share. Our drinks were ordered and came out first, then we placed our order for our food, and although it was busy, our food came out in good time, and the wings with the sauce for that day were hot and delicious as well as the other wings we had ordered, the charcuterie board was an array of different meats, cheeses, pickles and breads, my favourite was the goat cheese, and the goat cheese and apple salad was tangy and sweet from the dressing and apple slices. Afterwards we went bowling, and teamed up from each store. Mind you I am certainly not great at bowling, but it was certainly fun with my co-workers. We got an unlimited pass,and it was about $45 for 4 of us, so we played a few games. Such a fun place to spend time with friends, bowl a few rounds and have some great food in the interim. read more

We enjoyed having the private room for my birthday celebration, unfortunately the food on this occasion was really bad, noticed the guests not eating what they had chosen from the buffet, no one having seconds, water leaking into the room around the pool table. This weekend I met up with some friends at Palasad south for a few drinks and laser tag. I absolutely love the atmosphere here at night. Lots of great, comfortable seating in the bar area. No kids, just adults having a great time with good music, and fun things to do. Tons of pool & ping pong tables, bowling lanes, and arcade games. Plus they now have laser tag! There are lots of beers on tap and they have some pretty cool concoctions on the menu. The prices are really decent too. About $5 for a pint of Steamwhistle. Less for a vodka-seven. We went over to the laser tag area and the person at the booth told us about the great deal that they have. It's $10 a game for Laser tag, or $16 for 2 games...or $16 for unlimited laser tag and bowling. Um.....sign me up! We ended up playing 3 games of laser tag. It is SO much fun. The course is really cool and detailed with good music, lights, and places to hide. The setup was really quick and easy. I like that the guns come with a few different shooting options and it gives you a predetermined name (007, Hulk, Mario, Princess, etc). The guns tell you who you shot and who shot you. The attendant can change the teams. Either have every man for themselves or 2-3 different teams. Prepare to work up a sweat, but you can always grab a beer after your game is done. They run every 20 minutes. I really like the renovations they have made here. It is a great change to the typical bars on Richmond. If you are looking for something new and fun to do, check it out. I went here for a birthday, and it was a blast! Although the food was decent, it was nothing spectacular. I would give the food 3/5. Bowling was fun, they had $2 bowling games during the labor day weekend and half price classic pizzas. The pizza was slightly above your average cardboard tasting pizza in London. I wouldn't recommend it. They had a drink called the Electric Smurf that looks great. My friend really enjoyed it. Their szechen wanton nachos were yummy. The reason I give this place 4/5 is simply their service. They do it better than most. We always felt comfortable, the wait staff was friendly, accommodating, and tentive to our needs. read more

Booked our company Christmas party here. They put us on four tables on the corridor to the washrooms and staff service room. We had a constant parade of people walking through our group to go to the washroom. Or the staff carrying buckets of ice to the bar. Some random people were lifting the lids on our dinner to check them out. Food was not great. Just ordinary. One server to keep up with 16 people drinking was barely adequate. A pretty vast menu to choose from considering it is primarily a bowling place. We can here to eat for their wing night special on Wednesday. I don't think you can ever really go wrong with wing night... And we were right! We ordered wings of course plus a side of their jumbo onion rings... It was yummy! They have good nightly specials (pizza Monday,wings Wednesday) and they change the menu up with some frequency. They also have a decent draft selection. We usually hit this location on Mondays or Wednesdays as they have great deals on pizza and wings respectively. We have had all of their salad options (big portion even for the half size) and a good selection of local draft beer. We do prefer the dining room over the main play area seating as it tends to be a bit quieter and generally cleaner. With the specials on the days noted this is very decent feed for a reasonable price. Overall the quality vs price ratio is pretty good and there are many fun games to tempt you for a lively night out with friends or family. Service is usually very attentive without being overbearing, food arrives quickly and generally as ordered and any mistakes made are usually handled to your satisfaction (they are big on keeping you happy and making sure you return-in our experience). read more

In fact, I would go as far to say that the wings, pizza and especially the burgers are excellent and the service has been pretty good. Great atmosphere and plenty of activities to keep people busy, especially kids. Beer selection is still a weakness in my opinion but that's only because I prefer craft beer. When we were at the front desk to get our bowling shoes, the girl at the front desk straight up swore in front of me and the 6 others we were bowling with (professional right? not) our lane broke right as we were getting into the game and not a soul was around to help us out.
