They have a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with the coolest granite I have ever seen. Just stop in to see the granite. They offer a variety of cooking classes for making bread, pizza, beans, etc. They sell cool kitchen gadgets and are also a Bosch supply store. But, the best part about this store, is their bread. Good Grains Multigrain bread in the purple bag...wow...it's amazing. They bake it right in the shop, no preservatives, no fat, amazingly filling. No lows no mids. The very high was the very courteous and helpful lady or "panadera" there. We engaged in chit chat and she even gave me advice on some local Mexican cuisine that I no doubt appreciated. So for her interaction alone it's 5 stars. Now speaking of their pan dulce "sweet breads" man I was definitely reminisced of my time back in Southern California. I was also surprised by their prices in a good way. Having lived in SoCal, Vegas and now here I've noticed the latter two have some crazy prizes for baked goods. So I was surprised when I picked some of my faves and paid about $1.33 on average for some that would have been way more expensive in Vegas and even in local markets here. So let's get going.
