His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Sammy also informed us to let our town know which tree would be cut down to obtain the proper permit and approval. They also provided their updated insurance on file with our town. Everything went smoothly and on the day they were scheduled, they confirmed prior to the date as to what time they were starting. Sammy is very responsive via text and they did an excellent job pruning our trees and taking down the large oak tree including grinding the stump. Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. Not only was their price excellent but they did tons of work in less than 2 hours and you would never even know they were here except for the improvement. I'm a tree hugger so this was hard for me to do but the wisteria next door was coming through and wrapping around my trees.
