We had an event in late April and we absolutely loved the service by Paleteria el Paraíso and the owner, Leo. They were very easy to work with and day-of, arrived right on time with the cart and the paleta flavors we asked for. (The cart was so cute!) A Florence Firestone staple. This place has some of the best natural flavors of both water and milk base. All the flavors I have tried have been very creamy and splendid. The fresas con crema are also good I just wish they had a little bit more granola but overall very good fruit and service. I can't wait to be back and try more of the ice cream flavors. Bad customer service. At 8:10 we were already being kicked out of the location when they close at 8:30. Also, the lime ice cream tasted very artificial and sour. We addressed it to the younger server and she said that's how it was so we asked if we can exchange it because we had never been there and didn't expect it to taste like that.
