I went by today because I had a bogo coupon in my Jamba Juice app that I wanted to use. I ordered the peanut butter moo'd for myself and a greens and ginger for my girlfriend. The peanut butter moo'd is my go to. It tastes like a Reese peanut butter cup. I'm not to big of a fan of the greens and ginger, but my girlfriend loves it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cake at 10:30 AM for oatmeal since people tend to eat that in the morning I think at least and they said won't be ready for another couple hours. In the past 2 weeks I've visited the store maybe about 3 or 4 times in all occasions I've been told that they are out of fresh produce to make fresh juices. I don't understand how this is a reoccurent problem. Is it not Jamba Juice? I'm starting to wonder if the employees are just being lazy and don't want don't want to make the juices so that they don't know how to clean the machine's. This is just ridiculous on top of that they make really watery smoothies ray smoothies which is sad because smoothies are not cheap and this is a quality of product that we customers receive. I am writing this review based on a recent incident that took place with my family at this Location today at approximately 3:30 pm . I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated . I decided to actually introduce the new online feature to my family so I ordered our drinks online . In the comment section I asked for spinach to be added to the last drink . We sat as a family and did it together so I know for a fact I typed out add spinach to the last order. So we take a family bike ride to the neighborhood Jamba Juice and it went completely downhill from there. We noticed the drink didn't have spinach in it . So now a simple mobile order has turned into nothing fast and speedy . When asking about the special addition it turned into a who's right and we are wrong thing . We were asked to pull up our order , show proof where it was left , then the manager was called where she came with a horrible sarcastic tone . Instead of suggesting we could pay and fix the issue.. like how much is it going to hurt to add spinach to a drink . I brought 3 drinks already, so would it really have hurt to add spinach and make the experience positive. Carla could have even stated how much extra it would have been to add spinach but instead she kept expressing how it must have been something wrong I did in the app . Really is it that deep . As a customer I should not feel like I'm trying to get over on a 1.00 customized addition. That's exactly how we left feeling .
