My 5 year old Grandson Loved his dental appointment! Holly & Dr Gole were great with him. He was very comfortable for the entire appointment from the x-rays to the fluoride treatment. He was very happy with his shiny teeth! Highly recommend Dr Gole for the entire family! She's in network with Insurance so you don't have to pay extra out of pocket. Dr Gole has a sweet personality that makes going to the dentist a lot easier.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Gole Pallavi! Have been going here for almost four years (originally lived in Walnut Creek and lived next door); however have moved to Concord and will continue to coming to her. Her and her Team truly care about you as a patient. She remembers you and is just a genuinely great person. They take the time to know you, understand your needs and what treatments you need. Often Visits to dentist can be scary, as you aren't sure if they are going to do something you don't need - NOT HERE! If you are looking for a new Dentist, please come here - you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Gole is great with my kids!

In my 57 years, I've only had three dentists. For the past 12 years, I've been a very happy patient…read moreof Dr. Adriano Bottene, along with his outstanding hygienists and entire office staff. I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Bottene is thorough and conservative in his approach--he only recommends treatment when it's truly necessary. When I first came to him, I had a mouth full of crowns from my previous dentist after just 12 years there. Due to my special medical needs (including lupus) and related tooth structure loss--possibly from pregnancy, health factors, or both--dentistry has always been challenging for me. Dr. Bottene is personable, gentle, and a straight shooter. Whenever he can preserve natural tooth structure, he does. In "wait-and-see" situations, we monitor things, and many times the issue has resolved on its own. I trust his judgment completely. The front desk staff are efficient, courteous, and friendly--no drama or gossip ever overheard. The office has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. They send helpful text reminders for upcoming appointments and call if needed. In over 11 years as a patient, they've never once had to reschedule or cancel an appointment. That's truly exceptional! The hygienists are superior in my experience--kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. I've worked with several over the years, only switching when one retired, moved, or joined another practice. I never once felt the need to request a change. My family members also see Dr. Bottene as their dentist too. It's quite clear that everyone in the office--from the doctor and hygienists to the front desk team--genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend Dr. Adriano Bottene and his team without hesitation!

The office staff over the years have consistently been kind, diligent, and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Since the office transition, there is a new dental hygienist, and the quality of care I received was not what I have come to expect. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete, and I left feeling that my teeth had not been properly cleaned. What concerned me most was that the hygienist informed the dentist that my teeth were sensitive, which was not an accurate description of what had occurred during the appointment. When I attempted to explain the situation, I felt dismissed and had difficulty being heard. As a result, much of my exam focused on clarifying the misunderstanding rather than discussing my dental health, any areas of concern, or preventive care. I left feeling unheard, with unresolved concerns, and without confidence that I had received a thorough cleaning or examination. Given my many years as a patient, this experience was especially disappointing.

A bit torn about this dental practice, and I've used them for years. I genuinely like Dr. Lily Li's…read morepersonality - she is a very gentle soul. But then a few things got me concerned in the recent years. 2 reviewers here claim that they ended up with a root canal for a filling done wrong. Same thing happened to me, and it seems to be more than a coincidence. Bit of context - I had a chipped molar which never really bothered me for some 15+ years (literally). At some point, my previous dentist, John Savukinas, Rockville - Maryland, convinced me heavily that I needed a filling for my chipped tooth. The filling he gave me lasted 10 years with no issues. I went to Dr. Lilly Li to get the filling re-done and she hit the root when she was grinding down the tooth further. And I ended up with a root canal. Unfortunately, she also hit the adjacent molar during her grinding exercise, and that tooth ended up with a cavity. And that is the only cavity that I've known in my entire life. I am not sure if the office uses outdated equipment, but she has insisted for a few years that I have another cavity elsewhere, and I could never tell that is the case. Recently, I changed out dentists, and my new dentist agrees that there isn't any other cavity and a simple deep-cleaning would suffice. Moral of the story: You know more about your oral hygiene than any dentist ever would. If you are good about taking care of your oral hygiene very regularly, then please pause to reevaluate if you really need all these 'fillings' that they try to pawn off onto you. Worse, when you don't even have a cavity and they keep telling you for years that you need a filling. Fillings weaken your teeth, and chances of you ending up with a root-canal after these repeat fillings is real. This is no joke. Do NOT let them talk down to you and force you into getting a filling when your gut knows that there is no issue. This goes for ANY dentist, not just her or Dr.John Savukinas (my previous dentist). One of the dental hygienists in her office (the African American lady) admonishingly patronized me when I refused a filling for that reason. Amusing that they would assume that people visiting their office don't understand basic science. Else, everyone else in the office is super pleasant to work with. I've since moved onto another dental practice that better suits me, but I wish their office the best.

The dental care itself was fine. However, the billing process has been unnecessarily stressful. My…read morehusband paid in full before his treatment, but due to a filing error on the office's part, the insurance claim was mishandled. When we asked for the claim to be resubmitted correctly, we were told it had been, but our insurance confirmed that no such resubmission occurred. Despite confirming with our insurance that we are not responsible for the remaining balance, we continue to receive bills and feel unfairly pressured to pay again. The tone of communication has become increasingly uncomfortable, and they treat us as if we're avoiding our obligations. The lack of transparency and accountability from the office has made it difficult to trust their billing practices. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the office will take steps to improve how they handle billing and communication.

Immediately after returning my papers, I was brought in and getting ready for my exam and cleaning. The entire experience was smooth. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Julian who made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My appointment didn't include endless waits, which I loved! My goal was to be in and out and enjoy my time while I was there, and I did! I'm so excited to say I don't have any cavities! Yay me! I look forward to my next cleaning 6 months from then, and hopefully have the same result :)

I showed up for my appt and they ghosted me. Lights were out, nobody was there and it looked like there were spider webs on the door as if it hadn't been open in a while. I have no idea if they are even still there. They never called before or after when my appointment was supposed to be and I tried calling them multiple times that week with no answer. I still can't tell if they are shutdown or not, so I started going to another dentist in that business park area.
