Palm Beach Gardens Marriott is in a great location near the PGA Mall and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself is very nice and has a modern, well-kept feel throughout. The M Lounge access was definitely the highlight of the stay and added a lot of value, with unlimited beverages and snacks, a morning breakfast buffet, and a hot appetizer service from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. It also has a strong business traveler vibe, and the center bar seems to be a popular spot where a lot of the more mature crowd comes to relax and have drinks. The fact that it also doubles as a Starbucks is a nice bonus. Our room was contemporary, clean, and had hard floors, which gave it a fresh and updated feel. The Palm Beach Gardens Marriott was a good hotel for a 24 hour stay in Florida. The lady's working at the front desk could not have been kinder upon checking in. My room was ready early for check in which was very appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. It definitely feels a bit older but it was comfortable and the hotel was hospitable. You can get Starbucks at the lobby bar or great snack and drinks options in the hotel grocery area. The pool looked small but I heard it was perfect from other friends staying here at the same time. read more

This hotel literally exceeds the pictures. I chose this hotel although it was a little further away from the events we were going to be attending based on the pictures but we were even more blown away from the moment we walked in. As soon as their automatic doors open your're hit with this scent, idk what scent it is but I approve of it. It definitely smells like Luxurious Getaway I'll call you don't bother me scent. The lobby area is huge and has about 3-4 different sitting areas. There is relaxing outside seating in the front of the hotel and also outside by the pool. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to our busy schedule but we were able to relax in the jacuzzi one evening. The hotel was very quiet to us. We never heard housekeeping in the mornings. The room was spacious, the shower had a door on it, I don't know why some hotels have started this trend of not having any door on the showers. I really liked the shower gel as it had Eucalyptus in it which was very soothing & added an extra hit of relaxation to my shower. I am definitely going to keep this hotel saved for our next Florida trip which hopefully won't be so event busy so we can really enjoy all the amenities of the hotel like the breakfast, room service, the pool or just simply lounging in 1, 2 or all of their aesthetically pleasing lobby sitting rooms. Stayed here for two weeks on a business assignment as a Marriott Platinum Elite member, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The only staff members who showed genuine professionalism and customer service were Andre, Sabria, and one gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't get. Everyone else ranged from dismissive to outright unfriendly. Certain front desk employees never greeted me once during my entire stay despite repeated interactions, including Terry Anne, who would simply stare at me without acknowledgment. Housekeeping was also extremely disruptive every morning starting around 7 AM. I worked night shift, and there was constant loud talking in the hallways, speakerphone conversations, slamming, dropping items, and zero consideration for guests trying to rest. The walls were paper thin, making it even worse. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was noticing the difference in how some staff interacted with other guests compared to me. I frequently observed warm greetings toward others while receiving cold, dismissive treatment myself as one of the few Black women staying there during that time. This property does not reflect the level of hospitality I expect from Marriott, especially as a loyal Platinum Elite member. I will also be recommending to my employer that this hotel be removed from our preferred business travel list. Also the A/C is just for show and the water pressure for the sink was laughable. read more

I was honestly pretty disappointed with this stay, especially given that this is a Marriott. The floors in my room were extremely uneven, walking through the room feels uneven and uncomfortable rather than like a typical hotel experience. That's not the experience you expect at this price point or brand level. To be fair, the rooms themselves and the beds are very comfortable and nicely done. The bedding was great and the room could have been really enjoyable if not for a few major issues. One of the biggest problems was the main door to the room. There was about an inch-and-a-half gap underneath it. This isn't a gas station motel, we're at a Marriott. There should not be visible gaps in doors, especially when it affects noise, privacy, and overall comfort. Speaking of noise, I understand hotels can't control their guests, but the walls must be incredibly thin. I heard everything, people knocking on doors (twice someone knocked on ours late at night accidentally but still woke me up), housekeeping in the mornings being extremely loud, and guests above us day and night stomping around like they were trying to tap dance. Also, there is like zero water pressure. Unfortunately, these issues completely outweighed the comfort of the room and made the stay far less enjoyable overall. Because of these factors, the positives didn't make up for the experience, and it did not meet the standard I expect from Marriott. I wouldn't stay here again unless significant improvements are made. read more

I had a broken toilet for 24 hours. As a women Alone it was awkward to have men in and out of my room throughout the day. I finally had to move rooms which was a pain as I was there for a weeklong event. I felt like I should have been compd or at least given some points but the staff was super rude and not helpful at all. In addition the restaurant on site is awful. The people were very unprofessional and the pool is dirty. I would avoid this location and they need some new staff. If they don't change venues for next year I will be staying elsewhere read more

We booked our 2 queens room via Marriott official website, but we were assigned by the front desk personnel, Kat, a one king room when we checked in. Kat told us that we booked a generic room, so the room type was assigned based on availability when we checked in. We knew that this might be a possibility if we booked through a third party booking website, but not through an official Marriott website. Of the 77 nights that we booked this year, all were booked through the Marriott website and no problem with the room type until this hotel booking. Instead of trying to understand the cause of the issue, Kat tried to convince us that we booked a generic room. This shows that she did not understand or never booked through a Marriott website, but yet she's still persistent that that's the case, and no 2 queens room available. We even showed our reservartion with the confirmation number and the 2 queens room type, and asked her to find the word Generic in the Marriott website's confirmed booking. She can't. She continued trying to lecture us, after overhearing my conversation with my spouse, that submitting a complaint to the Marriott Corporate Office would not matter as they are a franchise. How can she work in a hospitality industry with this attitude is hard to understand. After we talked to her supervisor, David, the 2 queens bed was suddenly available. David was helpful but this incident should not have happened if the personnel in this hotel was willing to try to understand what the root cause of the issue and to trying to resolve it. If this happened to loyal and frequent Marriott guests, it would be a surprise that she will do the same to other guests. Stay away from this property until there is a change in the front desk personnel or there is a logical and detailed explanation of what this property is going to do to not let this incident happen again. read more

I attended a one day conference here so my review centers around the conference areas & food options served by the hotel. BRING A JACKET! The rooms are cold and the hallways are colder lol no exaggeration. Conference rooms are clean and spacious. The sound system and projectors were of good quality and we did not experience any tech issues the entire day 8am-6pm. The continental breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, pastries and bagels. Staff was extremely attentive refilling anything as soon as it got noticeably low. Lunch consisted of deli sandwiches/wraps. Great variety of options and the portion size was filling. Snacks consisted of cookies which were delicious. On break I got to sit by the pool. The patio furniture is very cute and inviting. Pool area was very clean with enough versatile seating for whatever mood you may be in. read more

The hotel was close to where we wanted to be for our weekend trip and it worked for what we needed. The rooms and lobby looked remodeled and it gives a nice and modern look. The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries are good quality (the bar soap did not dry out my hands!) and spacious. Reception staff could be more attentive. I got there late afternoon to check in and I barely got the girl to check me in. She barely spoke, gave me the key and sent me on my way. Once I got to the room, I got a bad neighbor and called to ask to be moved. The girl that answered was attentive, caring, professional and even offered to bring the new room keys to me. She was the highlight for service. It was a good stay, it worked for what we needed and there are restaurants and shopping close by. Also, the beaches are not a far drive if you considered them. DAVID ARISTIL, FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR at The Palm Beach Garden Marriott IS A ROCK STAR!!!!! As a Marriott lifetime titanium member, I stay at a lot of Marriott properties. It is rare that I see someone as good as David Aristil. On Thursday evening, February 6th, I placed a call to him that he handled professionally. Then, the Marriott Call Center Team had to call David back to confirm that the hotel had rooms available, as the call center team was unable to secure a room at the last minute. The call center team told me that there were room available. Then, before I got in the car to make the 20 mile drive, I called David back to confirm what the call center team told me was accurate. David confirmed it was. Now, here is where THE ROCK STAR PORTION COMES IN!! I arrived at 8:00 p.m., to find a long line of people waiting to check in, and only David manning the front desk at the time. Apparently, the computer system at the hotel had gone down, creating a bit of chaos, as you might imagine. This is why the call center team could not secure a room. BUT EVEN WITH THE CHAOS, David had a smile on his face. Was working two computers. Was greeting each person with an amazing amount of enthusiasm, all why running to the back office to secure keys for each customer, as the front desk system was down. When it became my turn, David greeted me by name, secured a room, and got me going in now time. NOW IN RETROSPECT, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT..... Each time I called, David didn't put me on hold, didn't sound stressed, and handled each call with extreme professionalism. Given what was taking place when I called, most other people would have either put me on hold, or told me they couldn't help me because their systems were down. Oh, and finally, when I headed out the next morning at 7:00 a.m., David was already at work for the morning, and greeted me by name, with that great smile of his. Bravo David Aristil.....Bravo! Hotel staff removed items from one of our rooms which management fought refunding despite photo evidence. Breakfast buffet looks like it was picked over at 8:30 AM. Broken ice machines on 4 floors. I could go on. If you are a Marriott person, check out instead the Hampton Inn located right across the street. It has newer construction, much more friendly and attentive staff, an awesome breakfast buffet (with real eggs) and a nice pool area. I will never stay at the full service Marriott at 4000 RCA Blvd. ever again. read more

I could hear them moving the furniture oñ the floor above. The one fault I found was there was no business center. How am I suppose the access the internet? Great fitness center. First time back since the Marriott Hotel was totally remodeled, and I do mean totally. It has a modern vibe. The decor has colors that are from grayish, beigeish, browns and whites...very monochromatic. It works. The personnel get 10+++. The friendly hotel receptionist Ivia checked us in quickly. Pleasantly surprised by the redo of our room on the 9th floor. Everything was clean and crisp. Love the new shower, and the old carpets are gone. Was able to charge the electronics easily. The chargers are all over. Robbins, the host, was so upbeat, welcomed us with a beautiful smile and seated us in the dining room. Natasha worked in the dining room and she was very helpful, getting us a luncheon menu. Will definitely return to this favorable hotel that is conveniently located off I 95 and the PGA in Palm Beach Gardens. It's close to everything. read more

I have to say, the place is not bad. A bit stale, but the fitness center was very nice, very casual lobby area, and fairly clean rooms. I did have a situation where the front staff was told by the GM that they aren't to take anything from the guest and put in their freezer (unopened water, gel packs, etc) because it will cause contamination. This was a first for me, and it proves they have POOR customer service. If it was food, I certainly understand, but unopened bottled water, so the guest can keep their cold foods cold without the mess of ice melting. REALLY bad customer service and very unreasonable, but I did give a 3 star, which might be a bit generous. read more

Noise from highway extremely loud. Room was too close to elevators, was kept awake all night by other guests. Pool guests talked loudly outside our window until 2am even though I notified the hotel. Lobby restaurant was overpriced and 85 degrees inside. If you want sound sleep, don't spend your money here. My displeasure arose from being given an ADA room (I'm clearly not disabled or overweight) and being directly across a bright outside light that shone directly into the room. It was okay. I thought that the room was okay, the wait to get to my room was okay, the breakfast was okay - all in all - it was okay. I did the breakfast buffet option. There were some highlights like sweet potato homefries and a wide assortment of options (breakfast quesadilla, potato homefries, eggs, sausage, bacon, breads and pastries, oatmeal, grits, fruit, cereals and more). They had milk for the cereal but not for coffee which is served to you. I was asked if I wanted OJ but not what else they offer and I never got a refill. This is $25 dollars. Realistically, it should be $15. This was too expensive for what you get but maybe it is because everything is expensive and low-supply right now for whatever reason. The room had a nice shower alike the Hotel Carmichael in Indiana without the steampunk like appliances and the lighting behind the television was nice and the chair with lounger/ottoman and table to work on. However, the beds were not great. I was in a double even though I thought I booked a King. Whatever, it was just me so what do I care? I did not sleep well. It could have been the fire/smoke detector above my bed that flashed constantly, my neighbors who were having a joyous old time, or the random knock at my door at 6:45am. The AC works super well. I booked the hotel several weeks before I arrived and I asked for a high floor and I was given 5. They said they were full up but still I was early. There was also a sports team or something there so they may have been full up but I still had the request. Parking was free to my knowledge so that was cool. read more

Like other reviews, it's dated. But my experiences was a good one. I got the two single beds, quiet room on sixth floor, good cleaning service everyday. When we call about the faucet being slow, they were fixed immediately! I didn't prepaid to include breakfast, but for under twenty dollars for buffet, it was my highlight every day. Special order omelet station, freshly made pancakes,waffle and French toast. Fresh fruits and avocados. And that very hot pot of strong coffee makes it a perfect breakfast! read more

terrible! The absolute worst, do not stay here!!! I was waiting in the lobby for my friend to get off work. He was 20 minutes away. I was on my laptop. Everything was fine. I noticed there was a lady at the front desk giving me dirty looks and she was talking to other people at the front desk. I felt the tension and decided to ask if everything was OK. Turns out she was a manager. She asked me what I was waiting for and I told her I was waiting for my friend to arrive. She told me she doesn't hold reservations and deleted our reservation and ask the Bellman to bring my things outside without a cause! No, we didn't stay here still have unclear reasoning on why the reservation was deleted, but I'm 100% sure it's due to some sort of discrimination! Reported this property to a Marriott it's not worth your money take your money to a better property world you won't risk being miss treated without a reason! P S. Reached out to the manager as well refused to take any accountability, or apologize for the experience , tried to act as if it never happened not even an apology! This is unjustifiable, and disgusting!!! If I had done something wrong, or if one of us had, I would understand, but when I asked what I did wrong, no one could give an answer... EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH What can I say? Our regular room was as expected except we had called previously to ask if our room contained a microwave and mini-fridge. Upon arrival, we saw the mini-fridge, but no microwave. (sigh) Oh well. Everything else appeared clean, well-maintained, andl in good condition. We were able to get some great sleep on the beds.   LOBBY AND BREAKFAST ACTION During our visit, there were plenty of families hanging around the lobby (which has a pretty good lounge area to just wait around with luggage while you wait to check in, or as a gathering spot for groups). Although there's a restaurant (weird... and a night club... expect to run into lots of sexily dressed people if you're wandering the lobby on a weekend evening), but breakfast along that same area is complimentary. The breakfast was great! Design-your-own omelets, waffles with plenty of toppings, and many other hot items. THAT EXERCISE ROOM This was next to the pool which saw plenty of guests. There were about a dozen machines, mostly cardio related but some free weights. A trail of apple pieces was in the back as well as some discarded water bottles. I watched a cleaning lady enter and wipe down some machines. When I returned, the apple and water bottles were still there. Yuck. read more

The PBG Marriott is conveniently located across the street from Roger Dean Stadium which is why I stayed here. I would stay again mainly because of the warm and fun staff. Every encounter I had with any of the staff was nothing shy of pleasant. They helped with our questions, maps and places for dinner. Check in was quick and easy. Wine bar was convenient and much needed. The pool area is not huge but has a roomy covered area to chill if you've had enough sun. The room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. read more
