Never swept the floor. Took the pics to make sure I was not seeing things.

Stayed here for two weeks on a business assignment as a Marriott Platinum Elite member, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The only staff members who showed genuine professionalism and customer service were Andre, Sabria, and one gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't get. Everyone else ranged from dismissive to outright unfriendly. Certain front desk employees never greeted me once during my entire stay despite repeated interactions, including Terry Anne, who would simply stare at me without acknowledgment. Housekeeping was also extremely disruptive every morning starting around 7 AM. I worked night shift, and there was constant loud talking in the hallways, speakerphone conversations, slamming, dropping items, and zero consideration for guests trying to rest. The walls were paper thin, making it even worse. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was noticing the difference in how some staff interacted with other guests compared to me. I frequently observed warm greetings toward others while receiving cold, dismissive treatment myself as one of the few Black women staying there during that time. This property does not reflect the level of hospitality I expect from Marriott, especially as a loyal Platinum Elite member. I will also be recommending to my employer that this hotel be removed from our preferred business travel list. Also the A/C is just for show and the water pressure for the sink was laughable.

Our room sink was not flowing had to request repair, I guess they didn't check it before assigning. McArthur bar and their food was a good experience. Bartenders were very attentive. Room view was not very nice, yet was comfortable and spacious. Needs to be updated including A/C system. Definitely pricey for what was offered,. Hotel in a well lit area with ample parking.

Very nice for business travel. Starbucks coffee at the bar...really delicious Vanilla Latte! Unusual for a "Starbucks served here" location....but this was really good! Room was clean and spacious No carpet which is wonderful Not here long enough to use amenities but pleased with stay from a room perspective.

    Pool and patio area

Unfortunately I did not get the name of any of the staff members. Didn't matter each and everyone of them were excellent in their roles at this hotel. Always a greeting with a friendly smile. The facility was clean. Included a quick snapshot of their outside and pool area. Highly recommend for all.

The hotel was close to where we wanted to be for our weekend trip and it worked for what we needed. The rooms and lobby looked remodeled and it gives a nice and modern look. The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries are good quality (the bar soap did not dry out my hands!) and spacious. Reception staff could be more attentive. I got there late afternoon to check in and I barely got the girl to check me in. She barely spoke, gave me the key and sent me on my way. Once I got to the room, I got a bad neighbor and called to ask to be moved. The girl that answered was attentive, caring, professional and even offered to bring the new room keys to me. She was the highlight for service. It was a good stay, it worked for what we needed and there are restaurants and shopping close by. Also, the beaches are not a far drive if you considered them. Close to the turnpike and easy to get in and out.

It is located near Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, and is probably one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at. The lobby is beautiful, bright and welcoming. Matt was working the check in desk and upgraded us to a 6th floor beautiful room with a view of the lake. The room was very comfortable and had higher than usual ceilings. The grill on the first floor offered about ten breakfast entrees. We had the breakfast tacos and the broken yolk breakfast sandwich, both good values. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and hot tub, overlooking the lake. There is also a walkway around the lake for walking. It was a good experience.

When you are here, it is so important to just breathe and ground yourself! We have come here over 10 times over the past 9 years, and we always have a top-tier experience. Here is why this resort remains unmatched for us: The valet is incredibly efficient despite the large crowds. The front desk is always kind and accomodating. Truly, every single employee is impeccably trained. Walking through the property feels like being in the Titanic movie, absolutely grand and timeless. The restaurants and bars are excellent across the board. Our absolute favorite part of vacationing here is heading down to the beach, grabbing a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas, and spending the whole day there. We love getting food from the nearby pool restaurant and staying put for hours. One main difference between The Breakers and any other hotel is that they never force you out of your spot just because it is 6 PM. If the staff has to leave, they let you stay on the beach for as long as you want. While the beach itself is not the absolute best in Florida, the natural rock formation gives it a beautiful, unique touch that is incredibly refreshing for the view. They also offer water sports for the young and enthusiastic! The Flagler restaurant is fabulous, but I will leave that for a separate review later since it is currently undergoing a major renovation a may be a whole different universe once it reopens! Parking garage is located across the way from the entrance. It's not a far walk by any means, but it did feel a little awkward hauling luggage and when I came back to the room late. The rest of the breakfast was standard hotel fare, and they weren't hardnosed about coming down a little late which helps when your teenage son never adjusted from west coast time. The fitness center, right next to the breakfast egg station will not replace a gym membership, but with two treadmills, two ellipticals, one bike, a full set of dumbells 5-50# and a couple balls it did leave me wanting for a cable machine or at least some bands. The big surprise for me was the total lack of moldy smell from the lobby waterfall that seems to permeate most embassy suites I stay at.
