It had a nice view. I was happily surprised with the room they prepared for the soccer tournament with the multiple TVs playing the different games and the table games. That was a nice touch. This property has The Circuit that stops right in front and takes around the city. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Near, I found things to do and had fun. My time here was fun.

From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated very well. The Ben is breathtakingly decorated with greenery and art design to mimic the appearance and beauty of what Palm Beach represents. At check in, Angelina provided us with complimentary spring water in beautifully designed water boxes and our wristband room keys. The complimentary Paloma Angelina presented was sinfully delicious. What a great way to start our stay. Our waterfront rooms faced the Palm Harbor Marina with views overlooking the harbor, Codes (stainless steel and glass sculptures), and a view of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. In room amenities included thick plush towels, soft robes and slippers. Closets also included a safe, full size ironing board, iron, and a steamer. Two large umbrellas hung in the closet in case of rainy weather. The bar and refrigerator were stocked with alcohol, snacks, and more water. The beds are comfortable and featured sheets stitched with The Ben's name and logo. Hotel amenities included a rooftop pool, glass elevator, gym, and room service. Complimentary bikes and shuttle services are available. Bruno, a Circuit vehicle, provides rides exclusively for The Ben guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. There is also a Book Butler that can bring you a curated and rotated book delivered on a silver platter! Tatianna, at the Front Desk, answered questions and provided good breakfast recommendations. Kevin, Bell Services, was also helpful. He made sure I had all the information on how to schedule a ride with Bruno and that we had water boxes for our trip and activities we had planned for the day. Kevin also provided good recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I would not hesitate staying at the Ben next time I am in the West Palm Beach. I am so happy we "found" this hotel! The hotel is always spotless, and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and genuinely friendly. There's a lovely café and restaurant on the property, perfect for a coffee break or a meal. If you visit during the holidays, don't miss their Christmas decorations. The pink-themed Christmas tree is stunning and fits the hotel's style perfectly. I also love that if you're celebrating a birthday, the café can write a personalized birthday message right on top of your drink--such a thoughtful little touch. I called several times asking for an upgrade if there were a cancellations. However, when we arrived and room choices were still a bit limited, the Colony made a wonderful and significant upgrade for us and we could not be more appreciative. To say above and beyond would be understating. So...what about everything else? From the time you're greeted by the bellmen, to the check-in process, the employees could not be more friendly and accomodating. The bartenders are long time employees, and very nice folks. The servers too are great. Management has done a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where one feels right at home. The restaurant, Swifty's, is excellent. Breakfast poolside is always nice. Early riser? Coffee and a choice of newspapers are alway waiting for you. Take it outside by the pool and have a quiet morning before starting the day. Looking forward to the next time !

Everybody at the Jupiter waterfront Inn was very helpful and accommodating, and our delay created no bigger problems with our accommodations, as it did with our flights and rental car. Quaint small property with a Mom and pop feel that was very cozy and just what we hoped it would be. The rooms were pretty straightforward and basic but clean and kept well with no noticeable wear and tear, stains, etc. We really liked that it wasn't located too close to the center of things which made it much more relaxing and it had two beach side restaurants a one minute drive up the road! Big, thanks to Nick for being welcoming, helpful and really enhancing our whole experience. Really like this place and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

She claimed she's only making $20 on those rooms and why couldn't we give her the curiosity of calling and booking directly? Well, it's 2026 and most people book online these days. As a customer, no offense, we do what's easiest for us. Also our party booked rooms through various ways as we weren't sure you could attend due to work/scheduling and some actually did book by calling. If you don't want third party bookings - don't offer it. The business owner is now making up that we were offered a contract in January and we refused to sign it and then used fake names to book rooms lol. Completely made up and another example of how this business owner can't take accountability of her actions. The hotel isn't nice, the beds were awful, AC didn't work in any rooms, & my aunt had a cockroach in her room. There are a lot better places to stay in Jupiter

Booked a room at the Barefoot Mailman Motel for multiple nights while we are in town supporting a…read moreparent in the ICU at JFK. The online reviews were 8+ on average so that gave us confidence to book sight unseen. Arrived very late and were ushered to our room - ready to collapse after a long day. The place has POTENTIAL to be really cute - which makes it all the sadder that it isn't being maintained how you'd hope. Barefoot should be renamed to Barebones - because our room was very basic upon arrival. I understand it is a 2 star motel but I still expected a minimum of clean / bug free. Immediately after getting to our room, I make a pit stop in the restroom where I see a sugar ant infestation. Here's the thing - sugar ants can happen to any space. That's not the real issue. It's that no one notices when rooms are being "maintained" and therefore it isn't remedied prior to booking that room. We are after midnight at this point so we just climb into bed and call it a night. The next morning I wake up to sugar ants on my phone, which was lying in bed next to me. Ok now I've got the "ick" factor, as ANYONE would. My boyfriend sees some on the kitchen counter as well. We message Michelle who says they will work with the pest control contact and have them go check things out and would "be back in touch". Hours later we call for a status as we decide whether or not to move lodging based on her response. My boyfriend calls and speaks with Michelle who essentially says "housekeeping nor pest control saw any ants" and "aren't sure what else we can do". They tossed some packets of chemicals ON OUR BEDDING, something comparable in the bathroom and considered it solved. We arrive back to the room just before bed (10:30pm) and see the packets on the bed (what's more disgusting? Sleeping with bug killing chemicals or the bugs themselves?), a ton of sugar ants in all the same spots, etc. We've sent videos via text to Michelle explaining we weren't staying. We dropped keys in the drop box outside room #19 and checked into different lodging (which was without issue, I might add). The next morning we get a text saying they were sending someone out again to take care of the issue even though we'd already told them we were checking out and would pay for the one night we actually stayed - obviously expecting a refund for the remaining four nights. After a bit of back and forth, she agreed to refund those nights. Somehow she calculated approximately $36 less than we were owed - even after we showed the original booking amounts, fees, etc. The real coup-de-gras was being accused of stealing one of their "K-mart called for their circa 1991 quality" bath towels and she intended to charge us for it. I can assure you, we wouldn't want the buggy towels you place in your rooms. So while you see positive reviews and a thin veil of charm covering the bugs, rest assured-- you should spend your money on lodging elsewhere.

The property guy, Cory, met me to welcome me as a guest. Super dude! The BM motel earns its charm by putting your feet on the property. Parking is tight. A BMW mini is more at home here than a Dodge pickup. There is coffee served in the sidecar bungalow patio. The rooms are a small footprint, but these days, peeps should consider good sleeping (yes!!) than the spacious Ritz approach. And where is it? In the middle of walking distance foodies and the Lantana beach. Wow! I pulled up, kinda felt freaked early, then I was, "This is it! Diamond in the rough." Old Key Lime House restaurant on intracoastal is nice way to end an evening. Go on. You deserve to be surprised in Life. Try a 2-night stay and envision old Florida at the Barefoot Mailman motel.

Management provided constant communication to ensure our stay was comfortable and inquired if we needed anything. Check in was simple and we were able to access the room using a code. We were assigned to park right in front our room which was very convenient. Check out only required us to take out the trash and place it in a dumpster which was at the end of the parking lot and hidden discreetly so as not to ruin the aesthetics. It was well manicured and decorated inside and out. There were outdoor spaces to sit and relax. It is a safe area and you can easily walk to the various plazas around. I would definitely continue to recommend this place!

They always seem to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the cleanness aspect of this motel isn't as great as others on here have claimed. While walking around inside, I noticed my bare feet became filthy. They do not shampoo the rugs. Prior occupants track whatever's outside since the entry is accessed from such. (This only happened to me in one instance where I completely forgot about including slippers alongside my other personal possessions.) The bedspread had a white stain on the corner. I'm not really interested in finding out what it was. I noticed hair in a few places when pulling back the sheets. I just removed them before hitting the sack. The tile in the bathroom also suffers from becoming dirty. This could be easily rectified by a mop and a bucket of water. Housekeeping does a shoddy job. It's apparent since mildew formed on the showerhead. Towels were stiff and toilet paper is only replenished when you're down to the last square. I notice they typically put laundry in a pile on the pavement after use. I hope this isn't the case when they're cleaned. Soap is a little dinky. It's about the size of a half-dollar coin. As happy as I am that they at least provide something, don't expect it to last beyond a week. Make sure to bring your own, along with other personal hygiene products. Amenities are limited. No coffeemaker or blow dryer, just a fridge and a microwave. No pool either unless you swim in the pond across the parking lot. I spotted an ice machine but couldn't find anything for snacks, only beverages. WiFi seemed to work flawlessly and a TV was provided with several cable channels, so there's at least that. All in all, not too shabby for a motel. A little old-fashioned since you use a key to unlock the door. The manager is nice and the rate on par with other similar establishments in the area.

The closest thing to a downside I can think of is that the immediate neighborhood might strike some travelers as a bit sketchy. Reality check: I've been staying at Southern Pines for years now and nobody has even looked sideways at me. All in all, if there's a better deal in West Palm Beach I haven't found it.
