Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.

I booked my hot Pilates class through ClassPass. This was my very first class, everyone was accommodating. Be prepared for the heat though. The temperature in class was set to 101 degrees, with a few heaters on as well. Mats, towels and equipment needed for instructor led class was provided as well, free of charge. The facility was clean and had a zen vibe to it. The instructor moved around a little bit during the class and provided short breaks as well for sips of water or towel off. Modifications were also provided if the workout got too difficult, especially for a newbie like me. At the end of class the instructor provided a cool towel for face and neck and antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment used. Overall this was a good class with moderate difficulty level and i plan to return. Be ready to get your sweat on!

I've seen bachelorette parties reserve the room as well. You can a rent mat or bring your own. Parking can get a little hectic but I've always found a spot (small lot shared with other businesses, some street parking) Hotkor is always clean and I enjoy going to this business!

Some of the moves remind me of a far better version of physical therapy, and the heat helps you repair, build muscle, and tone. The instructors are all fabulous. The room is small and mostly filled with a younger crowd, but my fellow Gen X'ers, don't let that shy you away. If you can hang with Gen Z in here, you'll walk out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. Classes often fill up, so booking ahead is smart. They also have a great infrared sauna and two cold plunges. My only constructive criticism is that the sauna and cold plunges are in separate rooms, so you can't do contrast therapy by going back and forth easily. And the shower in the cold plunge room is cold, so there's no way to warm up between plunges. I urge them to bring hot water into the plunge room shower. Just note that the sauna and cold plunge must be booked separately, and they come with an additional charge. They have a clean restroom stocked with anything you might need, including deodorant, hair ties, lotion, and more. There are cubbies for your belongings, though you can't see them during the workout. I bring my own lock, so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer keeping items secure. They also sell some clothing. The reception desk is always warm and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since it's mostly street parking and some spaces require a permit, but you can find open parking if you pay attention to the signs.

After hearing my friend go on and on about how great pilates is and how much she loves the instructors at Pilates of Palm Beach, I finally decided to check them out. I've been going two times a week for two months now and I'm totally in love. I went to this studio as someone who had never even attempted pilates and now I can't shut up about it. In just two months I am doing things that I never thought I'd be able to do. I have more energy. I'm more confident. I'm gaining muscle and toning up. It's awesome! All of the instructors are extremely nice and supportive. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you've ever thought of doing pilates, definitely check them out. They offer some great specials for new customers - so there's no reason to stall.
