When we first contacted them with my cell on their main line, I received a text back right away from their cell and we started texting back and forth from there. I sent pics and dimensions of my walk in shower and the manager gave me a quote and time till completion shortly after. We decided to book the job and their team was readily available. On day of the job, Daniel arrived exactly on time, was very polite and extremely knowledgable of the job. He was very careful and did the job perfectly and within the quoted time. They gave us a 5 year warranty and also mentioned exactly what product to use to help maintain the shower's cleanliness and keep it damage free for a long lasting result. The original price they gave us was excellent and they stuck to it after the job was complete, we paid by Zelle without issues. After all, we are happy to have chosen this company as it saved a lot of money by painting old tiles instead of changing them which would have cost 10x the price, or thousands of dollars. The company lives up to it's 5-star status and I'd recommend them to friends, family and readers of this review.

Called company, original guy, his name was Rob, came back and looked at it and started to have a very bad attitude and raised his voice at me. I told him not to raise his voice. I reminded him that he said this job is no problem and that they can fix my tile. He left and another guy came out name Fernando. He was wonderful. Found the problem! Bad batch of grout. They had to redo the 1 bathroom. Sent guys out, they do it but still had areas they missed, so sent others. The last guy who paints the grout after it dries. Asked ME what he was suppose to do. I wasn't watching how much grout they were redoing so I wasn't sure. What should have been the original visit getting a quote and then two visits to fix the bathrooms would've been a total of three visits to my house. But I had 10 visits to my house and I noticed today that the tile in the bathroom that I was having problems with is looking NOT so white again it's probably caking. They probably missed that area. They did leave me some paint but I'm 76 years old, and it's sad that I have to fix it. I can not get down on my knees. No, I won't call them again because it's too much stress for me. I was so disappointed in this job. I would never recommend them to anyone, because the guy that originally came out, his name was Rob, had such a bad attitude like it was my fault that the floor didn't look like it should look. The one positive thing that I have to say is that MOST of the employees were very polite.

I purchased LVP flooring from this company to replace laminate flooring that was damaged after a roofing project went wrong at our HOA condo. Since I live out of state, coordination was especially important, and the entire process was handled very smoothly. We were able to take advantage of a sale and placed a deposit for the order. Communication was clear and consistent, and scheduling installation was easy. The only unexpected issue was that the cement subfloor had not been properly leveled when the previous laminate floor was installed. It required a significant amount of leveling concrete, which added $2,865 to the project. To their credit, the possibility of this additional expense was clearly explained well before installation. I hoped for the best, but it simply didn't work out in my favor. This was not the fault of the company or the installers. We were told installation would take four days, but the crew completed the job in just two. The three installers were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They kept the work area tidy, managed materials and debris responsibly, and handled moving heavy furniture without issue. The finished floor looks beautiful and the quality of the installation is excellent. I am very pleased with the results and with how smoothly everything came together, especially while coordinating repairs from out of state after the water damage. I would absolutely consider using them again for future flooring needs. Easy 5 stars.

We have had an absolutely miserable time with them. Even when you call the store, they sound like great salesman because they're polite, but when you need them, there as vague as can be. It's like pulling a tooth - so the two-year warranty is an absolute sham. I am a luxury home builder. My recommendation is to find another company. Installation was fraught with horrible workmanship. I frankly don't have the time to explain it all. But they did finally send one of their top installers; he was a nice guy, but the company itself is all BS. And I still have big imperfections that I just decided to live with instead of having them back. They do talk a great game

Not only did he not fix the broken piece of wood, he cut open the back of my couch with what looks like a serrated knife, he stapled it back together, and he colored it with a brown marker....my couch is grey. Upon completion he was asked if this was how he left other customers couches, and his reply was "yes, this was hard work". I could have gotten a kid from the play ground to a do a better job than this. Absolutely terrible experience, do yourself the favor and don't ever use this guy. He's a joke.

Let me start out by thanking Mark and his team at Flooring Friend for doing an amazing job on the…read morethe floors and stairs in my townhouse, now that I've had a few days on them they came out better than expected. If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger. As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor. Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself. All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house. I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.

After a while the installer refused to come and repair the loose tiles. Over time I would not put up with popping floors. I called several flooring vendors and asked if they would come and remedy my flooring problem. I failed at securing any vendor to even come and look at my floor. I searched a well advertised contractor website that put my in touch with 3 flooring installation contractors. Of the 3 contractors, PERFECT SOLUTIONS & MORE far surpassed the other 2 contractors. The owner, Brian Miller, came to my home and told me about the history of his company. He assessed the conditions of my floor and showed me what is causing the vinyl flooring to pop up. The installer did not install a moister barrier to prevent wetness forming under the flooring. The humidity in the apartment created the moister on the cement slab and that is all she wrote. I had no choice but to replace the entire floor. Brian Miller was sympathetic to my demise. He took measurements and explained how the work would be done. Brian took me to one of his flooring distributors to select a new floor. Brian work some magic and got our flooring delivered rather quickly. His install team were impressively professional, neat and well experienced in the installation of flooring. The new floor is beautiful and SOLID! My wife and I were fortunate--on our second attempt--to find Excell Tile, and even more fortunate to work with our salesperson, Lucas, and the rest of their outstanding team. Excell handles complete renovations, but for our project we hired them for their specialty: installation. Ours was a substantial 2,000-square-foot project involving the removal and disposal of old engineered wood flooring, as well as the replacement of tile on two balconies. Their team then installed soundproofing, new engineered hardwood flooring, balcony tile, and baseboards throughout our home. The process began with a prompt and accurate measurement of the space, followed by a clear, detailed, and very competitive proposal. I had done my homework and felt comfortable accepting it immediately. Excell also prepared all the required documentation for our condominium association and handled the filing process for the City of Delray Beach permit.
