I had an excellent experience with Quantum Floors, and I want to specifically highlight Nick, the manager, who truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Nick came out to give me an estimate, and right away I was impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was. There was no wishy-washiness about pricing or what was needed -- he explained everything clearly and honestly. I told him I wanted my floors done right after my cabinets were installed, and he made sure to fit me into the schedule. Although Nick wasn't the one physically installing the floors, he closely monitored the entire process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he not only answered quickly but also came out in person to make sure things were handled properly. When the installers discovered mold behind the molding, Nick personally went to Home Depot to get the right materials and treated it for me at no extra cost. He even helped with unrelated issues: when the interior door to my garage became misaligned during the process, Nick got tools, tried to fix it himself, and then explained what I needed to do since the springs were old. On top of that, when another contractor I was working with left me in a tough spot, Nick stepped in to connect me with someone reliable to fix the problem. The floor itself looks beautiful -- the quality of both the flooring and the padding is excellent. But what really makes me recommend Quantum Floors so highly is Nick. He is professional, proactive, and truly cares about his customers. While Quantum might not be the cheapest option compared to big-box or "fly-by-night" places, the honesty, service, and results are worth every penny. Our Flooring from quantum is perfect. Nice people at the store. Nick was very knowledgeable when he did the walk through at my house and detailed the whole plan. Everything was going great until the installers didn't know the plan for the job and didn't speak English very well so we couldn't communicate effectively the plan for the baseboards. Due communication issues we had to have them come back and fix the baseboards. Since they came and fixed everything there are no issues. read more

My wife and I finally decided to remove the original carpet in our 3 upstairs bedrooms, hall and stairs, and replace with a laminate flooring. We first got prices and information from Costco and another locally owned, highly advertised flooring company, but ultimately went with Nick and Quantum Floors. Nick was a lot more knowledgeable about the second floor construction materials in the development and what products would be better than others based on the existing base material. The laminate floors we chose look great and the installation was flawless including the baseboards they installed afterwards. We moved our cars out of the garage for them so they could store materials and do their cutting while it was raining. They cleaned up the driveway, garage, and all the rooms very nicely when completed. The entire floor has issues their are sections crumbling through. I posted 2 bad sections there are 20 more crumbling and cracked. Do you want pictures posted? As far as inventory I totally agree you can't count. As our install processed you notified us you were 16 boxes short and we were forced to use 2 colors through the house. I wish to express my complete satisfaction with Quantum Floors. Daniel assisted us in choosing the right type and style of flooring for our home. We were able to leave the store with several large samples of luxury vinyl product before finalizing our decision. Daniel then came to our home and measured the large area we wanted covered. His quote was very detailed to everything we requested or that he recommended. Come installation time, he followed up with us a couple of days prior and told us the time the installers would be at our home by 9:30am (they use their own installers, not sub-contractors). They actually arrived early, looked over the house, and went right to work removing our existing laminate planks and molding. A supervisor was on the job sight and pointed out areas of concern and gave options on how to proceed. All the workers were polite and gave extra care not to damage anything, especially moving furniture. They had 90% of the new flooring in by 5pm. The next day, two of the same Quantum employees, arrived and finished the job. The flooring was perfectly laid. The molding and trim was set seamlessly. Even though it was getting later on in the day, these two men did not rush the finishing caulking. One part of the quotation did not have to be completed and was removed from the contract prior to final payment without me having to ask. An overall great experience. We used Quantum Flooring today for the project of taking up our carpeting and putting down high quality laminate flooring by Mohawk. I could not be happier! The flooring and the nicer top-quality baseboard is so Beautiful and the workers completed it in just two days, cleaned up after themselves, and were top notch all the way around! In addition I went to other competitors and Quantum Flooring's prices were far below what another competitor quoted me. The competitor had the nerve to tell me they were including a discount. I had an appointment with quantum flooring last week at 6 PM. I got a call about an hour earlier telling me that they were running late. I never heard from them again. When I called to find out where they were they were closed for the day. I then called the next morning to see what happened. They told me they would call me back and never called me back. After discussing our needs and lifestyle he made a few suggestions and we actually went with a flooring that cost less then what we originally had chosen. He came out measured and provided a detailed quote and we decided to proceed. He gave us a date as to when the flooring would be installed and they were there on that date.
