The tan was good for the first time did notice a difference right away but the gentleman at the front desk had an attitude maybe because I'm black. He looked Hispanic! It was more about selling me packages he tried so hard to sell me a package and lotion and I said no because as a black women i want to see the benefits by paying per session. He puckered his lips and moved from the register. I was waiting to be attended and I have video of him attending two women who where caucasian. They then said have a nice day to all others when I was leaving no one said anything. 0 stars stay away if you're black. read more

I love this location. Wolney is amazing and very knowledgeable. As a black woman I haven't always felt welcome in other tanning salons but he was so welcoming and has always been helpful. I'm so glad he is here. I followed him from a different location because of his great customer service. Everyone else there has been great as well! read more

great so far! i walked in to get a membership. i have been switching around to different levels. every time it's been clean. i've never had to wait. very accommodating. I forget her name but I love the blonde girl that works there! I was a bit skeptical because of some reviews but no complaints in my experience. only minor thing is i wish everyone was a bit more friendly and more engaging/enthusiastic. but again no big deal. read more

I use to go when it was solar dimensions and had no issues. I canceled back then because I found out I was pregnant with my son. Fast forward two years I pull into the familiar parking lot and see this place still existed just a diff name now. Walked in to a friend at staff and signed up. After a few sessions my skin begin to itch but I thought it was my tanning lotion. So I didn't pay it any mind. Went again the next day. Later that day I started itching. I saw a small weird rash and thought it could be a spider bite. That next morning I started feeling shooting pain constant itching on my back. Pulled up my shirt and saw bubbles on my back. I never had anything like this I rushed to see a doc only to find out I have a bacteria infection. I think it was from the tanning beds not being properly cleaned. It's not u common for people who tan not to be clean before going. But it should be sanitary where u lay you bare body. I'm in pain 4 days later and the rash is worse . I canceled my membership! First time here and the woman at the desk was helping a customer decide which lotion to get. I just wanted to check in and get my tan started. In other establishments, the employee would have made the other customer wait and quickly check me in, knowing it would take longer. Update April 2018 This place is dirty! The floors are grimy and who wants to step barefoot on that? Also, one of the beds I went into smelled! The pictures show hair and tons of dust balls right by the door. read more

I was nervous based on other reviews but my experience was perfect. Nice front desk gentleman. Knowledgeable about the lotions and the beds. The bed I used had brand new bulbs and the place was clean. I personally watched the gentleman clean it before my eyes! I signed up for monthly and hopefully will be as happy as I was today with everything. read more

This location has old beds that are very outdated. I pay for a mid level membership but for some reason their computer system wouldn't let me tan at my membership level and they insisted on putting me in the lowest oldest beds. Go to another location. read more

Worst location in Atlanta -- half the bulbs in the ends are constantly out and staff does nothing about fixing them and hides in the back when you try to let them know/talk to them about it. Ha!!! Joke of a location don't waste your time. read more

Mellissa and Bryan are awesome and do a great hob of managing the store! They greet me by name and are always friendly and personable. I have the unlimited membership and they make smart recommendations on which beds I should alternate to get the optimal tan. They do make sure that I'm aware of any type of lotion or membership sales but are not pushy if I tell them that I want to wait to make a purchase. I feel the store is clean. I have personally watched them do a thorough job of cleaning the beds. It seems to me that one bed or another is always having brand new bulbs. I'm happy with the level of service and color of my tan. I recommend this location. read more

Well, I'm usually ruthless with my reviews. Either I've set the bar low or this location has cleaned up its act. I have found the employees very welcoming and attentive and although some of the beds are more than I can afford, they are all clean and the bed I chose, functional. Could it be that the clientele is hard to please? Who knows. But I did witness more than one discontent diva being less than kind to the employees. read more

I recently stopped by on the 25th which is last day of the month you are allowed to freeze your account and by the way you have to go in the salon in order to freeze. Well it was about 6:20 on a Sunday night and the poor attendant was new and been left alone without sufficient training and was lost trying to help the customer in front of me. After standing behind the customer listening to the poor girl try to resolve her issue for about 10 minutes I asked if she would take my name and freeze my account. She acquiesced and said my account was frozen. So checking my account today I noticed I had been charged for this month after I had been told my account had been frozen. Long story short Palm Beach Tan is a shady company not much better than the online companies that get you with the recurring charges. It is next to impossible to speak to anyone corporate and will never return your calls. What does it say about a company that relies on recurring charges to keep your business? Buyer Beware! read more
