I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. We planned around this, knowing we had an event just after the 45-day mark. The day before the event, we arrived to use the tans, only to be told the package had expired and that "there was no way" to extend it. Strangely, my account still showed the package as active. Despite clear evidence we were in the right, they still charged him full price. With so many tanning options in Atlanta, there's no reason to choose a business that doesn't honor its own commitments. This was disappointing and unprofessional, and we will not be returning.

The gadget does not work wonders. I did 8 treatments and was told "inches were gone" but nothing…read morechanged in clothes or weight. The method for measuring was varied each time until the 4th and was not done after my 8th for me to really have "proof" though the clothes say it wasn't so. It is not worth the $$$. Don't waste it on this. They will tell you if it doesn't work then you didn't follow the "plan" to exercise and diet correctly. All I was told was to be sure to do aerobics for 20-30 mins after the each visit (which was 2x a week) I did 3x and usually for longer. If I were to do 5x and change my diet, it would not be the machine causing the results! I feel like I was scammed! Shame on me for looking for that quick fix. My only compliment is that the women who run it are very personable and accommodating to schedules.
