They are both also incredibly talented. I do not wear a lot of makeup and Dani made sure to keep me looking like myself, just elevated. I also wanted to keep my natural curls - I showed Danie a couple pictures at the trial and talked through up vs down. She went right to work and came up with the most beautiful messy up-do to complement my curls. She also suggested using some dried flowers and arranged them in such a gorgeous way. As a customer, I expected the company to stand behind its cancellation process and make things right when presented with the facts. My biggest disappointment isn't the amount of money--it's the lack of accountability and customer service. Customers should not have to monitor their bank accounts for months after canceling a membership or fight to stop unauthorized charges. I encourage anyone considering a membership to keep copies of their cancellation paperwork and closely monitor their bank statements. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location
