Surprisingly I almost never have to wait though unless it's less than a half hour until closing. Best part of the spray tan is that I've never had any streaks. Don't waste your money on any primer lotions or any lotions with the spray tan. But, if you have nice nails definitely buy the nail protectors, completely worth it.

The outdated decor and mixed matched style of the old place was renewed with clean colors, beach decor, and some very cool design elements. The prices remain fair but are now displayed to be more easily read and understood than the old 'menu' of options. The bulbs have also been replaced recently and they added sunless tanning as an option. Great place, check it out!

I was told to go to the bathroom and use the toilet paper or paper towels if I wanted to take it off. eek. They were also out of barrier lotion, so the woman at the front said to "try and scrape as much as you can off the side of the bottle. That's what everyone else has been doing I think." eek. Also, the woman at the front was kinda rude and acted like she didn't want me there. She seemed like she didn't know what was going on and when I asked a question (it was my first time so I had a few questions) she made it seem like it was a very stupid question. I just don't think customer service and talking to people is her thing. When I was about to get the actual spray tan, the light above me started flickering like it was about to go out. Kinda like a strobe light, and it kept doing this for the entire 15 minutes I was in there. It was kind of funny honestly, but also made me feel like I was insane because I was also scraping lotion off the inside of a bottle and applying it to my knuckles and elbows wearing only a hairnet. A gosh darn wild ride let me tell you. The tan itself looked pretty good, which is why I gave it a two instead of a one, but they need to do some SERIOUS work with being friendly and having the right supplies. 2/5 for sure.

Air-tan is perfect because you get to consult with an actual human expert who helps you decide how to best get exactly the look you're going for. I have gone twice now, both in the winter months ahead of fancy special events. I get the regular solution at level 2 (they could also do a 1.5 if you're nervous) and it is perfect. Just enough to give me a healthy glow. The price is also great, especially with the $10 off coupon for your first time when you check-in on yelp and a great refer-a-friend program. I'm glad to be able to incorporate air-tan into my self-care treat routine, just like you might consider a manicure, nice haircut, or wax. I informed her that he was a service dog and she mumbled something under her breath. I asked her to repeat. She said they usually don't allow dogs in there. I asked her if wheelchairs were allowed. she then stated she didn't see his vest even though I already told her he was a service dog. I informed her service animals weren't required to wear vest by law and I would go somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!! I had just gotten waxed next door at the Naked Monkey with him. I get my eye lashes done, massages, and just anything I need due to him being my medical equipment. I have never been more embarrassed to try something new. Its 2025 and the internet is a thing-learn how to be in retail and deal with all customers. Disabled ones are due to get pampered too!!
