Came here for a facial on a last minute whim. They got me right in and I got the hour long facial which includes massage of the face, neck, and head. The salon is always super clean and nice smelling. Everyone who works here seems to really enjoy their craft and don't act like sweat shop workers like at another salon (Lux). There were two girls that were also waiting to get their eyebrows waxed and I noticed them as I was leaving.. both sets looked great. I am typically a fan of threading, but theirs looked great and I'm super jealous. :) read more

Let me start with the staff is amazing. They're sweet and so friendly. The location is great and the inside is beautiful. However. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. These nails cost me $70.... I feel like whenever I go I'm not 100% satisfied. The nail shape may be off or there are bubbles in the nails. Won't be going back here. I wanted to give this place a chance since my usual (and wonderful) salon was closed temporarily. Right off the bat when I walked in they took the pamphlets for dipping powder colors away and rushed me to my seat. Giving me no time to decide on my color. I was really rushed without getting a single word in. I settled on a color after being pushed to chose something...only one minute after I got there. This especially freaked me out since I have anxiety/am learning disabled. My nail tech was nice as we sat down, but my nails were filed too hard and I have cuts on two fingers...with dried nail glue over them. Making them more painful. I was bleeding a bit too after this broke skin. They also harassed me about paying the correct amount. I made sure to pay through venmo as instructed (just as a heads up they don't take card and you can only do cash or Venmo). And it felt like the receptionist accused me of not paying by asking if and how much I paid. I will not be coming back. Clearly new management did nothing to change this salon at all. read more

The new owner of diamond nails is horrible. I have been going there for so many years and today she screamed at me and refused to complete my service. Made very personal comments. I still paid and walk out but I suggest no one should ever visit this nails salon in the future. Unprofessional and worst customer service. I want to share a horrific experience I had at the diamonds nails place at Bentonville today. It has a new owner and all of the old staff has left. As a person of color I was asked very personal questions about the color of my skin amongst other things. The woman owner made lots of comments and demanded more for the service. I had to leave mid service and pay extra after what was a humiliating experience. Arrogance and racism is not ok in a business that primarily caters to women customers. I hate giving bad reviews, particularly if I've only been once but I had such a negative experience, I have to warn. I came here today and may have just gotten the wrong person but I received the worst pedicure of my life. I asked for the nature pedi which was $30. The lady acted as though she didn't want to do it. She used barely warm water, didn't lift my legs or feet and just patted the towel when she wanted me to move. She barely scrubbed, minimally cleaned my cuticles, and the massage consisted of her putting lotion on my legs. It was the oddest thing. I finally asked her if that part was the massage and she nodded so I asked if she would rub a bit harder and she acted even more annoyed. This was certainly not the "massage" described in the menu. My heels were still rough when I left. Horrible pedi and a bad attitude to boot. I do NOT recommend. read more

I've been going to Diamond Nails and Spa since it opened a year ago. After moving here in July 2013, I went to numerous other nail salons in the area and had horrible luck. I couldn't find a salon where my nails weren't breaking and lifting. Since I've been going here I've had no problems. The salon is very clean and the staff is always friendly. Paul is my go to guy and always does a great job and I have to admit has given me the best pedicures I've ever gotten to date. I'm searching for a nail salon that meets my needs. This was not it. The salon seemed very uncleaned. Instead of doing a soak off, the nail tech ripped my dip nails off by prying them off with a nail tip. My fingers are sore from it. He was also using tools from a plastic box he opened which had nail dust and debris etc all over them. One employee refused to wear a mask and there was a customer there without a mask, despite a note on the door requesting that everyone enter with a mask and keep it in. I wouldn't go back to this salon even without the pandemic. Very unclean. The search continues. read more

If I could remember her name and she still worked there I would go back for her pedi. I got hooked on my friends preferred nail salon across town after going on a pedi date with her. This place is by far the absolute worst place I've ever had to get my nails done. I come with my friend to get matching french tips at this salon, the lady that was doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands and nails, basically careless if she accidentally hurt me or not. The french tips i got were acrylic dip with a gel coating for the white tip, a v shape with a small silver line lining it. The silver line is smudged and has gaps on a few nails. Once my lady finished, I asked her if she could fix my silver line, which she insisted on putting because "it looked better", she scoffed and told me I was so picky. Who says that to a customer and still expects to get tipped? The lady who did my friend's nails did nothing similar to what the example picture showed. Honestly, is it that difficult to do a french tip? My friend's lady kept filing over and over again while she changed nothing of the nail shape, which is not the shape she asked for. The french tip acrylics aren't very long, so it wasn't supposed to be such a hard favor, right? Wrong. The actual white tip is so big and long that only a twelfth of her actual nail is showing. It looks so tacky and nothing like the photo. Either way, i will never be returning to this salon in the foreseeing future. read more

This wxperience was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I had glue on my hands and under my nails and cuts on my cuticles and was in and out in 40 minutes. It was extremely rushed and I had to give pointers to the technician where there was no paint on the sides of my nails. My fingers were jammed into the powder canister, causing more build up from the glue already being under my finger nails. Went to the sale last week on Tuesday to get my nails done, shellac french manicure. This is the 2nd and LAST time I will go to this salon. The next day the tips were already beginning to chip. With polish this is normal, but this shouldn't happen with shellac. Today my pinky nail broke. This also never happens with shellac (at least not for 2 weeks). Shellac is hard!!! Seems like they are cutting corners by not putting polish on as thick as needed. It was not worth the $30 I paid for nails that won't look good the next day. Very disappointing! read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to get started on pedicures for my 4 year old daughter and me right away. They have a kids chair which she loved, and the men doing our pedicures were very professional and friendly. The woman who did my gel acrylic nails was amazing as well. It was the firsti time EVER at any salon that my cuticles didn't bleed during the process. They were gorgeous and I got many compliments. Best part was that my nails lasted 2 1/2 weeks and still looked great toward the end. I won't go anywhere else from now on. read more

We did not have a great experience here. I came with two friends from out of town. They also had a rotten experience. Nails did not ever set. Came back and they accused us of pressing them into something. She put the coat on too thick and it never set. The drying board did not work either. Communication was a big struggle. read more

This was a fair experience at a salon. The techs were nice enough. I paid extra for a deluxe hot stone pedicure, but I was somewhat disappointed with the effort on the tech's part. She just seemed to be going through the motions very quickly. Also, the polish seemed cheap and chipped after only a couple of days. I got a gel manicure at the same time, and that chipped within the first few days as well. I was definitely underwhelmed with the service. There was another tech there that had her daughter there, sitting next to other clients while she was doing their nails, answering her phone and talking about personal things while everyone was sitting around her. Awful. The shop closes at 7, so I called at around 5:30 to see if they could squeeze me in. I was given an appointment for 6:30. I got there at 6:15 and was greeted by literal children. They couldn't have been more than 12 years old. I sat down and waited for 30+ minutes. In that time NONE of the staff actually addressed me. One of the female workers was talking about "how she felt bad but she had to go even though there was 7 people waiting to get nails done." She continued to glare at me, not saying a word to me. There were two ladies waiting to get pedicures, and were there before me. TERRIBLE customer service. I would much rather not have my nails done but save time. I gave this place 2 stars because my nails looked ok. The down fall...NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!! I was telling the lady what I wanted and she smiled and nodded her head but I knew she didn't understand. While she was filling my nails she removed more of my skin than anything. When I tried to tell her she was hurting me she smiled, laughed and said yeah. On top of that it took her Forever to do my nails. You have to know some English to run a business. Especially when the customer is trying to tell you that you are hurting them. The place in general is nice and the staff decent, they offered us drinks and got us in pretty quickly. One of the girls I went with didn't get clear coat on her her nails, the tech rushed off to the next customer. I asked for pink and whites, they tried to talk me out of it twice stating it takes longer and costs more money. I still wanted them. The white was pretty thick on my nails and when I said something she stated they "had" to be that way. But I've never had that issue elsewhere. They were really well done initially but I'm not even a week in and already have bubbles under my nails. Unfortunately I probably wouldn't return. read more
