There is no airflow as the AC is rarely on and there is never a breeze and if it IS on its 75 to 78 degrees. It's never a cold breeze. The air is musty, dusty and stagnant. 2. It smells terrible. Thanks to the moldy stagnant air. 3. The air vents are caked with dust. Hence, no air flow. 4. It is extremely HOT and humid in there. Makes your workout insufferable. 5. The two flatscreens over the dumbbell rack have been broken for over 2 years. Flatscreens are cheap these days. With every member paying their monthly dues, you'd think they'd simply replace the two tvs. Makes it very awkward in between sets just looking at broken black tvs. 6. Overall it is a dirty gym. You can tell nothing has EVER been deep cleaned. The equipment has never been wiped down in detail-in between. The dumbbell rack is disgusting. Use warm soapy water or a cleaner and clean the dust and dried sweat from the front/bottom of the treadmills. Clean the legs of every machine. I will say the young lady who works there does a fantastic job cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming. Other than that you can tell the owners do not update/upgrade or deep clean anything. The owners simply do not care about the sanitary upkeep of this gym and it shows. At least get some decent fresh airflow in there at the bare minimum. Also, it doesn't matter what the owners decide to say in response to this. Everything I said is true. You can't deny the obvious neglect of this gym. Go there yourself and workout and you will see how disgusting and hot it is.

Her space is warm and inviting and Becca is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I did the Sunna teeth whitening with Becca. It was a lot faster and easier than I anticipated. The entire process was about 30 minutes and painless for me. I had no teeth sensitivity issues during or after the procedure. Before she begins, she looks at your teeth to see what whiteness level you are at and with this system, she can get you at least 2 shade brighter--maybe more depending on how many touch up appointments you do! The process involves a few mouth rinses and whitening formula painted on your teeth. Then, you get to take a nice nap while the laser light shines on your teeth. This best part is that you see results immediately! The aftercare is pretty easy too! She gives you the whitening aftercare gel that you put on your toothpaste each night when you brush. This will help extend the whitening and prevent staining. So easy, right? You just can't drink or eat an hour after your procedure and it is recommended that you stay away from food that are likely to cause stains (red wine, beets, etc...). The employees help each other out and give advice to each other in regards to the clients hair. Aubrey was amazing... she's worked her behind off to be a stylist and she's only 19!! She is a driven hardworking woman. We talked about color options and hair cut type before she started. The price was told to me up front and it didn't waver when I checked out. Throughout my cut and color she was answering any questions I had. I'm the type of client who wants/ love the stylist to take charge ..she knew exactly what hair cut would look the best for me and I trusted her. It came out amazing!!
