I will start with the good. The tub area was very relaxing. Spent my time in the medium warm tub…read morewhich was plenty hot so need for the really hot tub. It was comfortable...met several wonderful ladies. Stepped in the cold tub which I thought I'd like but I'm a whimp...too cold for me. Got the gold package which was like nothing I've ever done. Naked on a plastic table while getting an incredible all over scrub, massage, facial and then entire body coated in oil. My skin is so incredibly soft. The tiny little woman was freakishly strong and did an incredible job. I would definitely return and next time spend more time there. The saunas and ice room in tbe common area were amazing. I just peaked in each of them and they were absolutely beautiful. For the bad: Young girl at the front desk was rude. Mumbled and then basically yelled at me when I didn't understand what she said. Whatever everyone has their good days and bad days but someone needs to teach this girl how to speak to customers. The attendees in the locker room were helpful and kind. However... when women were talking, they literally yelled at them like they were children... "Ladies, who am I going to have to kick out! This is a quiet area" ... the tone they took with grown women was absolutely horrific. They claimed it was because people were trying to "relax" during their treatments. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. Like I said, I thoroughly enjoyed it but if youre looking for a quiet spa like experience, this isn't it. You must be comfortable walking around naked...it was actually quite liberating for me but may not be for everyone. I will definitely be back. Hoping this time the staff treats people with a little more respect and kindness.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

What started as a small section of the salon has been transformed into a full experience, now featuring its own lobby, locker room with self blow-dry stations, and a stunning, cozy relaxation area. The aesthetic instantly transports you, you genuinely feel like you've stepped into a villa in Greece. I especially love that theres an option with more focus on head massage if you're not interested in a facial. It makes the experience feel more customizable and centered on pure relaxation. From start to finish, my visit was incredibly calming. I was warmly welcomed and given a tour of the new space, which made it easy to settle in and fully enjoy all the amenities. The massage itself was phenomenal, I was in a completely zen, almost dreamlike state the entire time. Afterward, we were guided into the relaxation area to unwind with hot tea, which was the perfect finishing touch. You also have the option to request a blowout if you'd prefer not to dry your own hair. I always leave here with the most silky soft, amazing smelling hair that last for days! This is one of those experiences that truly feels special, perfect for treating yourself or bringing someone you want to impress.

It feels more like a luxury spa experience than a typical salon. One thing I really appreciated was the locker rooms and relaxation area. It's a great touch because you can actually arrive early and relax for a bit before your service, or sit and unwind afterward instead of feeling rushed out the door. The head spa treatment itself was fantastic. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the scalp treatment felt very thorough. By the end, my hair felt soft and light, and my scalp felt super clean and refreshed. Overall, a really nice experience. If you're looking for a head spa or scalp treatment, this is definitely a great spot to check out.

Most focus on dermal fillers and botox, and hardly address the root cause and concerns of aging. But at Nuga, I am so impressed by the natural results of skin boosters, laser facials, and ultrasound treatments! Since starting my journey (So far 3 laser treatments, 2 skin boosters, and one session of Shurink) I get many compliments on my skin and how young I appear for being already nearing my mid-thirties. And the best part is that it's all due to my natural collagen and elastin production stimulated by these amazing treatments ! Definitely feels like I'm cheating without actually cheating. Big shout out to all the beautiful and kind ladies who have helped and have taken care of me. Special thanks to Julia and Sumi!

I am sharing this to help others make an informed decision, especially those seeking acne or pigmentation care. While treatments sometimes provided short-term texture improvement, the overall experience felt stressful, unclear, and ultimately unprofessional rather than supportive. I came specifically for acne treatment and scar management. However, care frequently shifted away from these stated goals, with repeated comments about unrelated concerns and unsolicited suggestions for Botox and anti-aging packages. As a young woman who was not seeking anti-aging care, this felt inappropriate and reflective of toxic beauty standards rather than patient-centered treatment. Communication was inconsistent. Treatment plans changed between visits with little proactive explanation, and limitations or alternatives such as medical dermatology options like retinoids or hormonal evaluation were not clearly discussed. Instead, when results did not improve, I was repeatedly told that there was another package or newer treatment that would finally address the issue. This created a never-ending cycle of upgrades and add-ons, with no clear endpoint or explanation of why previous packages were no longer sufficient. I was also uncomfortable with professionalism and boundaries. During treatments, staff frequently held conversations, including about other customers, while I was present. At times, they openly discussed learning techniques or procedures with one another, which raised concerns about training standards in a setting marketed as expert-level care. Sanitation practices such as inconsistent glove use during extractions were another concern. There was also a noticeable dynamic where spending more money, tipping, or purchasing additional packages seemed tied to receiving more attentive care, which further blurred the line between medical-adjacent treatment and retail sales. We raised these concerns calmly and respectfully, hoping for clarification. Instead, we were met with defensiveness and blame, repeatedly told that it takes more than one session despite attending multiple sessions without improvement. There was no sincere apology, clear explanation, or acknowledgment of our experience, leaving us feeling invalidated and made to feel unreasonable for asking questions. I do not believe this is unique to one business. It reflects a broader issue in aesthetic skincare where medical-adjacent services rely on recurring packages and upgrades without clear ethical, educational, or accountability standards. Acne and scarring can reflect underlying hormonal or health issues and are often more effectively and affordably treated through medical dermatology. Aesthetic care can be a personal choice after root causes are addressed, but it should not replace transparent, hygienic, and professionally grounded care. I hope this helps others make a fully informed decision. I am willing to pay for expert care when it is transparent, ethical, and focused on long-term outcomes. However, after visits I often felt anxious and confused, later realizing I was kept in a cycle of ongoing packages that benefited the business more than my care. I give the benefit of the doubt that this was not intentional, but it is still not appropriate. Surface-level aesthetic care for short-term events may be fine, but treatments advertised as long-term solutions should not be expected to fix complex skin conditions. For true long-term care, medical dermatology is necessary.
