I have had massages from Ruby, Anna and Judy and they have always been nothing but professional and polite. I recommend an hour massage at a minimal and a 90 minute to really work the kinks out. She commented on how tight my shoulders were and asked if I'd like to add on Chinese cupping for $10 or $15 more which I did. It was the true Chinese cupping with glass bulbs and I'll admit it hurt for the first 30 seconds but then it was fine and let me tell you my back and shoulders were SO RELAXED afterward! At that price I'll be adding it every time. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Then I was trying to tip 10% and they stopped me and questioned if I was only tipping 10% and said they normally receive 20% in tip. They just stood there and wouldn't continue processing the transaction with a 10% tip. I ended up pulling out cash to tip 20%. The reason for a 10% tip instead of 20% like I normally would is because during my massage the girl stopped to answer the ringing phone (which she had in the room with her) and schedule a massage. Then, a few minutes later the soothing music cut out to a very loud and long Kroger commercial. I've never had a massage where the music was interrupted by commercials. Again, the actual massage technique was good, but having the massage interrupted by answering the phone and commercials was not and then having someone demand a larger tip was not a great overall experience.
