I was not offered a beverage while I waited. there was no quiet area to wait before my massage...just the loud noisy area up front where they do hair when I did finally get into the room for a massage, I was not impressed at all. I needed to use my own spa music on my phone for relaxation and noise buffer! then when I was lying on table for my massage his pants made noise every time he moved! he also didn't have the oil on him like other masseuses have so he had to constantly stop and walk over to get more oil so it was very disruptive I explained I wanted a great full body massage to ease my symptoms but he spent so much time on my back (which was not my area of concern) that I really didn't get the relief I wanted....even though I paid for a 90 minute massage!! i was not impressed with his technique...both his body work and "tucking me in" with the sheet when he worked on other body parts. at the end he only gave me a small glass of water (for the cost I would've expected to be given a full water bottle) finally, when I was ready to check out, they had an issue with the gift certificate that I was using from Spa Finder (u called multiple times to be sure they accepted this) she had yo call a manager in a different location and was on the phone for over five minutes with no resolution while others waited behind me to check in and check out.
