I was not disappointed, I had a great experience. I purchased a package where I had use of the sauna, then had a body scrub, massage, lunch and then a facial. It was about four hours total and super relaxing. I have no complaints. Everything was handled in a timely fashion, the ladies who work there were all polite, professional and helped to create a peaceful environment. It smelled so clean when I walked in which made me feel good about what I was getting myself into. I enjoyed the use of the robe and footwear, solidifying the "spa experience."

Ok, then I get another text changing the date and time. So, my wife calls and changes the date to July 27th, because it fit with her schedule . Lo and behold, today, I get a text changing the date to August 3rd. This unprofessional. If you need to change dates or times you call the client. We pick dates for OUR benefit, not yours.
