You have to cancel before the 25th, but they make you drive all the way over there and do it in person for some reason even though all the woman at the counter did was look at my ID for two seconds. The staff makes it super awkward, and when I left the tanning bed they were just sitting on the floor staring at me. Trying to understand how you guys operated was tough too as the girls at the front desk seemed shy or unsure of what to do. I literally drove back less than a week after starting the membership to immediately cancel it. I don't want to hate on the staff too hard bc most of them looked pretty young, but I'm also pretty young (in my teens) and I understand that to make customers feel comfortable and not so alienated you have to at least pretend like you want to be talking to customers. Everyone in the salon seems to not want to be there and they definitely seem like they mind customers using the beds they pay a ton of money for.
