I'm extremely disappointed by this service. I texted to say I was running a few minutes late. I am a new mom and realized there's construction going on outside this business. Also, I have never been before and the place is hidden behind the buildings. I called after searching for the sign, and I was told I couldn't be seen or only have "layer" and the lady was very rude about it. I asked if I could wait until after the next appointment and she continued to say we do appointments in 15 minute intervals and there's 3 , also I would be charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Extremely disappointed , as I am excited to have my first time away from my kid to an event . Horrible service. I get we all need to make money, but empathy and understanding would go a long way. If i could rate this place a zero I would. I made a spray tan appointment and called 48 hours in advance to say that I couldn't make the appointment which no one answered the phone.. I called back multiple times the next day and still.. no one answered the phone. I even went out of my way to text the owners niece who I went to high school with to contact the owner saying I was not going to make the appointment and they still charged me $52 which I said I was not paying.. after ALL of that they turned me into a debt collector for the $52. Got an email offering a free training spray tan. I have been to this salon before and thought why not? I figured they were doing the training on people who were willing to have a less than perfect tan. I went to the salon and upon arrival had to introduce myself instead of being greeted. I was then directed to sign a paper in which the trainee must have misunderstood how to explain, because the next day I was charged for a FREE tan. The trainee said "sign this, If you have any issues with the tan you can leave a review etc." and gave examples. NOT "to receive a free tan you MUST complete a review with photos in 24 hours".....That is misdirection. Anyone who goes to places for beauty consults are often signing random consent forms which is what I assumed it was. If this is the policy I recommend you update the emails with that information in the promotion to so that customers can explicitly read it before without a verbal misdirection. I'm not saying it was on purpose but I certainly do not agree with the customer service. Here's my review: Solution is Orange and there is streaking and splotching on my arms. Disappointed in the customer service. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because I was stuck on I 45 behind an accident. I've gone here for a few years every now and then when I wanted a good tan. But will never be going back. I was told that I was already charged for my tan and because I was late I would have to pay for another tan if I wanted to get one. I understand having to wait for every one else to get theirs first or even charging me if I don't show up. But because I'm 20 mins late you would rather lose a customer than allow me to get my tan? Your policy is RIDICULOUS! I understand no shows and people hours late but 20 mins late and make me pay for another tan? I had a really bad day today and this truly just put me over. The first few times I went about 3 years ago I was seeing a very nice girl, great tan, but each following session has been with Shellie who is also super nice, communicative, informative and does a fantastic job. My sister began seeing Shellie after seeing a few of my tans and how great they looked! Shellie has even met me for an "emergency session" after-hours airbrush session and gave me no grief about it whatsoever! I know it was not convenient for her but she allowed me to pay a surcharge, and then she made me feel as though it was a typical appointment! That's huge for me, and signals a good business owner. Got a spray tan here before our vacation and I was very impressed with everything. The shop is very small and I felt very comfortable during my spray tan. They have a private room for you to dry off in with fans which I really liked. My tan looked great and I love that I got to shower 2 hours later! I also thought I forgot my watch there and the owner as well as employee went above and beyond looking for it in the salon as well as in the parking lot for it. Will definitely be back! read more

Choose the express 2 hr option so I didn't have to sleep in the airbrush over night, and it was perfect for me! Highly recommend you do what they advise in the website to prep for your tan - scrub your body down well with plain ole baking soda. Very efficient! It gets you close, but keep going down Robinson rd and it's about a quarter mile down further and its on your RIGHT (not left), behind Flips gymnastics and behind karate place. I had a spray tan scheduled for 4:30 on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. I called as soon as I got off work right after 3 because it was sprinkling and asked if it would be alright for me to receive the spray tan considering the weather. The employee I spoke with said yes, you can come early it's not raining here. I said I'm about 30 minutes away and have to go home to exfoliate. I will see you at 4:30. After that it begins POURING down rain and it takes me almost an hour to get home. I call as I'm leaving my house which is 3.7 miles away from the salon and would normally take me 10 minutes to find. They say ok we're here until 8 come on in. I made sure I mentioned my appt time of 4:30 and asked if they could fit me in. She says yes absolutely we are here until 8. Then someone calls me back at 4:57 and says if it's after 5 and someone else has to spray you (shift change) then it will be another charge. I assume she means a late charge and say ok and tell her I'm sitting in horrendous traffic in pouring down rain trying my best to make it and my GPS says arrival 5:09. She says ok and we hang up. Then upon arrival another employee says it will be a charge of an entire additional spray tan. Two charges of $49 for one tan. Of course I say there's no way I'm paying that. I then call back and ask to reschedule my appt because I've been pleased with results of spray tans from there in the past and don't care to give anyone else my business. They say I can reschedule but will still have to pay for 2 spray tans. Then I realize they have already charged my debit card even though I received no services. I wasn't aware they even had my debit card information and NEVER signed anything to release such. I called back and asked for a refund and was refused one by the employee and the owner. I understand not accepting late appointments but to charge someone and not give them ANY service and then refuse a refund is unacceptable business. I know that late policies are in place for a reason, but in the event that a customer simply cannot make it there, a refund is deserved. I was not a no show. I called several times and told them the situation. I have placed a complaint with the BBB. I've never done that before or written a negative review. I'm simply not that type of customer, but I've never experienced such inappropriate business when all I requested was a refund for a service I DID NOT RECIEVE. In response to the comment, this is exactly how this event happened, and I have the phone log to prove it, which actually includes several unanswered calls. As I said I understand late policies, but in the event a customer simply cannot make it there and has made you aware of their attempts starting right after 3 and knowing what the weather is like and where they are coming from, a refund is deserved and would be given by a good and understanding business owner. And yes I did absolutely lose my temper after discussing the matter for an hour with such an unreasonable person. And no, I did not "have my boyfriend call", he simply was defending me and wanted to talk to the owner because of this ridiculous and unreasonable policy. He is an Operations Manager for Amazon and knows appropriate business and good customer service. This was definitely not a mismanagement of time as I had an hour plus to make it to my appointment after I got off of work, which would've taken 40 minutes or less in normal weather and traffic. This was what you call an extenuating circumstance that the owner wasn't the least bit understanding of. And why exactly should an employee make money off a spray tan they didn't perform? All I asked for was a refund considering I payed $50 for LITERALLY NOTHING. read more
