They have clean tanning beds, and friendly (but suspiciously not very tan) staff. They offer a monthly plan that features access to a tanning bed with red lights. There is sometimes a short wait for the red light tanning bed... I've never waited more than around 10 minutes or so. My only complaint would be that they close too early in the day. read more

Nathalie, Gabby and Maddie are what makes this place! Great service from your staff- beds and entire place are always clean with few beds ever down. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience of the 24 hour rule. Tanning isn't a luxury I can plan my life around so when I have time to swing by and it's an hour too soon and don't have time an hour later I end up missing alot of days based on when I come. If I come late Friday I can't tan Saturday due to closing at 5pm. I'm glad they at least increased their weekend hours. read more

Today I came at 6:53 and the door was already locked. Generally it's not cool to come a couple minutes before closing so I get it but I was only going in for 10 minutes to tan. Two girls are inside and no one even bothered to come to the door knowing they locked it early. A girl with brown hair just looked at me with a blank stare and looked back down to ignore me. Honest feed back this store is always dead you'd think someone would at least open the door for me and let me know they closed down early or what not but no I guess customer service isn't that important here. First time today . I've lived by DL for about 5 years . The staff is amazing - customer service unmatched ! I had the pleasure of being helped by Bailey and a lilly who are not only knowledgeable but sweet. I really wish PBT had cheaper monthly deals for gold members I think they are missing out on a lot of potential customers this time of year on that alone . I also wish they would sell single use lotions - I think this would help generate revenue as well as engage customers who can't spend the $20 start up fee $60 a month and THEN $100 + on lotion ! I have used their service a few times and the spray tan did give me a great tan. The pricing is super high, charging $60 a month unlimited. Really you only need it twice a month since the spray tan stays on for a couple weeks. The problem that happened, that warranted the 2 stars, was that I called to cancel my contract and they didn't let me stop my billing for the next month. I should have the right to stop this when the billing hasn't taken place for another 8 days. They could have stopped it before I am charged another $60. They were just unwilling to help me. The manager said as a consumer she understood my point of view but as an employee they can't do anything for me. That is too bad because I won't be going back to them again to give them my business. read more

I have been getting sprained for a few years now, I love having color on me. I started going to this location because I recently moved to another office and it was closer to me. I was greeted by a super nice person who helped me choose a new combo color for my spray because I wanted to be a bit darker. I thought that was really cool that they took the time and helped me out. Having managed tanning salons for over 5 yrs my expectations for this company were pretty high. You can tell by their product displays as you walk up to the desk that they're going for the "higher end" clientele. $120 California Tan lotions, $30 Mystic Tans, some True Religion jeans for sale in their boutique section ... It made me want to ask the owner if he knew the demographics of his business. This is Corona, land of soccer moms and suburbanites. You don't get the kind of flashy clientele who come in here and drop a couple Gs on tanning ... or do you? Because if that is the case then the employee behind the counter should know SOMETHING about what the fuck they are doing (besides looking cute and talking on their cell phones.) If someone is spending that kind of money at your salon, you better provide an informative experience. Actually, I retract that. It doesn't matter if you spend $5 or $500. Everyone should be educated about what they are going to experience. When I signed in the girl didn't ask for ID. Okay, so I don't look 18 (the legal age to tan without parental consent. Understood.) But how about those "tanorexics" who tan back to back ... toodling around town sneaking into one salon after another? I've come across quite a few people who fit this Magda description from There's Something About Mary sitation and it ain't cute. The girl didn't explain the tanning process or assess my complexion. It's a good thing I know myself and my skin. But I can tell you that 90% of the people out there don't. (These are the people who think that spending an hour outdoors without sunscreen on an overcast day can't give you mean, nasty burn that will leave you wincing in the shower for a week...) HELLO!?!?!?!! Tanning. It may seem frivolous, but it is a major liability for the owners and operators of the salon. These employees need to get their shit together and get educated about the kind of exposure they're potentially giving to the clients. You don't ask the client "how many minutes do you want?" because of course the average Joe is going to say: "I want the most bang for the buck, give me all the time, I can handle it." Do people even know it takes a full 48 hours for your skin to oxidize from just ONE measly session. There are stories of people who are sorely disappointed and upset because they're Lucifer-red two days after they hop out of a tanning bed? These are the same people who threaten to sue the company because their best interests were not looked out for. So totally NO STARS for the lack of knowledge and the flippant behavior of those who work there. More so, their boss, because if he/she had their head on straight, they would be making sure that their employees are doing the right thing. But I do give them ONE star for being clean and keeping the A/C going. And another half star for the prices and the range of equipment they offer. read more

Called them and they never credited me back the $8...... Went in again ready to get tan and the girl did a crappy job telling me about their specials.. So I left- white and unhappy. I saw their $19.99/month special from the freeway and thought I would give this place a try. At first, I was skeptical because most places have a price, but there are hidden fees. Turned out I was right. Don't get me wrong, the customer service was great, and the worker was very enthusiastic of telling me about their specials and deals. However, this $19.99/month deal is only for students, they require a $20 set up fee, they charge for a second month, and it's $5 month if you put your account on hold etc. etc. The lady was talking so much, I didn't fully understand it all, but I did understand that it was more than the $19.99 price I was expecting. It sad because this place was right next to my house, but I guess I will have to stick with the more student friendly tanning salons around CSUF, where, indeed, they really are $19.99/month for a unlimited tanning. read more

I had a similar experience as the prior reviewer, Carolyn, a couple months ago. Only difference was that I actually called them 30mins before their closing time to make sure that they were still open by the time I got there. When I got there 15mins later, the girl basically told me to leave since she was getting ready to close up the place. Her bf starting smirking when I told her that I wish she would've warned me over the phone. (ridiculous customer service) I'm not an unreasonable person, which is why I made the phone call to begin with to find out their closing time. She should've warn me about the "15 mins cut off time" over the phone so I wouldn't waste my time to make a trip there.
