I don't know where to start! This place is amazing, the customer service is great. I didn't even have to wait long at all when I wanted to tan. The girls over there take care of the salon and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the beds. Also the they are so welcoming and are always willing to help you out and answer any questions you might have if you're new to tanning. Do not visit this location. I went in person to cancel my subscription, as requested (you cannot cancel by phone). After expressing my interest to cancel, a staff member attempted to sell me self-tanner with some store credits I apparently had on file. I politely declined, and said that I would just like to cancel, which she politely agreed to. A couple weeks later, I received a billing notification from Palm Beach Tan. I called the location to have the charge reversed, and I was told that there was no record of me cancelling, so I would have to call their customer care line. After speaking to a customer care agent, I was still refused a refund, and I was told that with no "notes on my account," there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service, will never visit a Palm Beach Tan location again. read more

Corporate BS at its finest!!!! Tried to put my account on hold, and they kept charging me the full amount every month. They would rather loose a customer then refund the money back for the month I cancelled. Corporate greeeeeed!!! That shows you how much they care about their customers. I talked to someone in the corporate office as well, and they cannot refund my little $64. I went in as a first time spray tanner and was nervous at first. The lady at the counter was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I had a million questions and was overwhelmed. But anyways I got the dark with island kicker and tiki scent. took the spray tan lesson on how to use the machine. It's horrible! I can't wait till it's off my skin. I am ugly tan. I spoke to the Manager Kylie Hausman to cancel my account. I have been charged every month during the pandemic and they say I have a balance for the month of November so they will not cancel my account. Their payments come out electronically every month. I never received any communications from them on a balanced owed when I wasn't even using their services do to the current situation in the past year. They keep charging your account and make it impossible to cancel their membership. read more

The spray tan booths are barely wiped down between sprays and the mat outside of the booth was drenched in gook hence my photo to follow of my black feet!!! I was a member at another salon in Orange County for 5 years but I just moved to Corona and had to find a new tanning salon. PBT was not the closest to me, but had great reviews. So far, my experience has been great. Chelsey was very friendly and welcoming when signing me up for membership. Both times I was there, the staff made sure to give me full detailed explanation of how to use the machines. The beds/spray are great and the salon is very clean. I wish they had the versa pro at this location but I was happy with my spray after using the Mystic. Also, it would be great if the weekend hours were longer but understand that might not be possible at this time with the shortage of employees. I am happy with my new tanning salon :) read more

I've been going to Palm Beach Tan for years, never had any issues. I called Friday night to ask if I can use my $68 credit toward a spray tan for my husband and was told I could. My husband and I go in today (tomorrow leaving for Cancun) so I can tan as usual, and so he can spray tan, only to be told by someone else today that I can't use my credit for his spray tan. I've used my credit in the past for my daughter to spray tan for Prom without any issues. What's different today? read more

This place has a monopoly of the Corona regional inland empire tanning market. That being said it could be expensive and requires a membership but you be do you have a good tanning beds. I think there's more total turn over at these businesses than any other business and all of the inland Empire. SI have the platinum membership took $100 a month gives you unlimited tanning. Sometimes when I go in they make me wait 24 hours to tan but other times it let me's sneak in with 23 hours. They don't have a well posted there but I think that's the rule. If it closes at 9 PM if you get there by 859 the let you tan. After tanning three times people usually ask me how I'm so dark at this point to get embarrassed and told me just went to the desert.
