The entire sesh we just chatted while she did her thing. Her salon is so incredibly cute and CLEAN! I fell in love with her that day. I decided to have her tan me up again for my wedding day. Again, I had so many questions and concerns about the tan staining my dress and she helped ease my mind and we figured out the best plan to prep before the wedding. She has always been so responsive and so sweet about this entire process. My tan was absolutely PERFECT and gorgeous for my wedding! Hate Hate Hate my experiences!!! New contract and policies were totally misrepresented by sales girl at the Corona Ontario/Magnolia salon!!!! After i paid over $400.00 to rejoin & purchase lotion & ONLY USED the bed for 5 mins total - THEN she tells me: oh you cant return to tan again until EXACTLY 24hrs later!!!!!!!! i would never have paid & renewed my membership had i known that!!!! i have never tanned more than ONCE a day but my life is soooooo busy i CANT calculate my 130 mile commute each day to be EXACTLY 24hrs til tan time!!!! TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING until AFTER I had SIGNED THE AUTO BANK DRAFT & NO REFUND FORM!!!! your company is way not worth it!!!! PBT used to be an excellent company but i have visited three (3) different salons in the past month & the ORANGE CALIF SALON IS A DUMP!!! Your staff are too young & not properly trained in Customer Service!!!! As soon as the first auto bank draft is processed, i'm cancelling my membership & updating all my tanning friends that your Company is TERRIBLE!!!!! i was one of THE VERY FIRST customers to use your VERY FIRST PBT in Corona over 25yrs ago & maintained a membership for all those years until 2011 when i had to take care of elderly parents in poor health. Do NOT go to Palm Beach tan as you will simply get scammed! This place is absolutely horrible! The sales people there are complete liars and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line. I signed up on a 'special' that was supposed to be half off for EVERY month as the girl GUARANTEED me NUMEROUS times and come to find out that was a complete lie. Not only do they tack on a bunch of other charges that they don't bother mentioning until AFTER you're signed up, but they refused to refund me the difference in the monthly charges even after they verified that I DID sign up for the special. I even spoke to their so called Manager Liz who did not give a crap that her sales people were completely lying to their clients in order sell packages. Then they would not let me cancel over the telephone and said that I have to go into the store in person in order to cancel. What a joke! If you want to get scammed then go here, if not, take your business elsewhere. read more

Haven't been here in 2 years and I call and ask the girl if I can come get a birthday spray tan and if she can look up my account since I haven't been there in a while and if everything looks ok on the account. She said yes of course I get a free tan for my birthday and my account looks fine. I drive 15 min to get there AND THEY TELL MEI EITHER HAVE TO PAY$150 for the months I never came in, I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW MEMBERSHIP, or BUY $150 WORTH OF PRODUCT since my account never got cancelled. Wow these girls must really need their commission. I asked why they didn't tell me that over the phone and she said sorry it's like a gym membership and u never cancelled I said I moved away and never tanned those months. She laughed and said you can pay or move to the side bc I have other customers that need to tan have a great night!!!! Are you kidding me. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

i would highly recommend palm beach tan of corona to any of my friends and family. i was just reading through the reviews that some people posted, and was kind of upset about what one lady wrote, stating she had a poor experience there. well thats the one and only complaint ive ever seen. honestly the lady must just be a miserable unhappy person. with a very bad judgement on people. palm beach tan employees are all very kind polite, and hard working. they have always made my visits feel very comfortable. never once was i greeted without a happy hello. ali at palm beach tan is a very friendly girl, shes quick with getting you in a bed, and never once has been confused about how to do her job. they are all great at palm beach tan, so to the women who complained, you need to go get your head examined. read more

I have been going to this salon for several years , sometimes I am there once a week or less and they always greet me with my name as I walk in . I commend them for their professionalism always dressed appropriately, make up and gorgeous. Ali was so helpful in explaining the beds and pricing and lotions, I'm absolutely a customer to stay! Their pricing is competitive on the beds however not so much on the lotions. However the staff is friendly. Ask for Ali the manager. Only thing I could say is they need floor length mirrors in the rooms as well as tiny trash cans. The mirrors in there are tiny and only show your face, and there isn't any trashcans in the rooms. read more

It's an easy drive from either direction as Van Buren is a good moving Blvd. There are 2 other locations in Temecula. From either freeway take Van Buren Blvd to Wood Road and enter the complex on the South West corner of Wood and Van Buren. Salt & Light Therapy is in the South end of the complex. There is plenty of parking including Handicap available. After some researching I determined I was in need of some Red Light Therapy (800-1000nm) to treat my Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) it is new treatment but has had a lot of success so I decided to try it. In researching Spa's that offer this therapy I found a perfect business Salt & Light Therapy. I contacted them and the employee I reached was well versed in the Red Light Treatment and said they have had very good success with others with RLS. I scheduled an appointment not really knowing yet how it all worked. When I arrived the amazingly clean scent hit me as soon as I came in! The ambiance was incredible and I could see that the owners had put a lot of thought and effort into making this business very welcoming and comforting! It truly is incredible! I was immediately warmly greeted and they proceeded to answer all my questions. They explained the Red Light Therapy completely to me. It is a sauna with the red light bands bouncing all around inside. My research said it takes 3 treatments, 20min each, 3 times a week. So I asked which would be the best priced package and was recommended the monthly unlimited which provided me access to all the spa services they offer. I was very pleased with the price which I was expecting the cost to be much higher due to the type of treatment and amazingly professional looking interior. Check out their website for the other services they offer. I have tried several and they are all super, super clean with towels, perfect furniture and even cold towels in the saunas! They have literally thought of everything. The restroom was immaculate! Very fresh and clean. The employees are constantly working and cleaning. But always stop to ensure all is well with me. I am also very impressed with their free mineral water drinking water. Like I stated there has been a lot of effort in thought placed in this business. So after 3 treatments my RLS has disappeared YEAH and I am able to go to sleep at night now. Salt & Light has returned my life back to me. After all my treatments are completed I will do touchup treatments and I will be having a hip replacement and will use their Red Light Therapy which also increases blood flow for my surgery recovery.
