There are a ton of workers also. About 30m after opening almost all the nail stations were full! There is a cute nail bar and a lot of pedicure chairs also. Botox and chemical peels are always great. However, leaving their office with an internal glow is something money can't buy. Attached are some of the texts the staff member who reached out to me sent after I requested cancellation for a FOURTH time since MAY. It is now almost SEPTEMBER. I read all of the comments on Google about people warning others about the business practices of this gym, and thought "Not in Hazel Green. It's so nice here!". I wish I would've listened. I chose my color from several hundred choices. I chose my services from a detailed menu. Today I chose the Heritage Journey pedicure - their "Cadillac" offering for $99. To be honest, I only chose this particular pedicure because there is a really good deal right now. I will most likely get the premium pedicure ($50) as my regular service. My manicurist greeted me and walked me to my pedicure chair. My selected service was confirmed and I was handed a rather extensive drink menu from which I chose a mango margarita (highly recommended!). A small treat was also offered. And finally, the relaxation began. Ellie, my manicurist, came to the station with the most beautiful tray of supplies for my pedi. Flowers, fresh orange slices, a lit candle, jars of luxury lotions and salts and of course the implements. Soon after starting, she gave me a warm pillow infused with lavender to put around my neck and a warm mask for my eyes. Of course she did the basic pedicure but the calf massage and exfoliation was amazing. She followed this with a hot wax treatment for my feet and hot towels for my legs. I really don't know if I dozed off but I was warm and comfortable and was able to relax - something very difficult for me. Even at well over an hour, my pedi ended too soon! Ellie then escorted me to the manicure table for my Japanese manicure. It's useless for me to paint my fingernails. I can't even keep gel from chipping. Once again, a pretty tray of implements showed up (not nearly as elaborate but still much nicer than the typical rolling cart you see elsewhere). Once again, the basics of the manicure were performed and a wonderful hand and arm massage. She then buffed my nails instead of painting them. Ellie used two different powders to give my nails the most beautiful shine. I've never had anyone use powder before - it's always been a buffing block. The powder actually works a lot better. Two short hours later, it was time to pay and head home. Will I be back? Absolutely no doubt in my mind. I'll definitely ask for Ellie again. And I'll definitely order the mango margarita!!
