Just wanted a little sun before a vacation. All they want you to do is sign up a monthly card. Complete rip off. Advise going elsewhere. If you don't go in for a monthly. They only give you 3-4 minutes of a 20$ drop in. Analogy It's like going to a bar. Willing and knowing alcohol is bad for you. And still ordering a drink. The bartender takes your money. Then gives you 1/5th of a beer because he says it's bad for you and should be monitoring how much you can have. Buttt they still want to change you full price??? read more

This place used to be called "TanLine" and just changed ownership 1-2 weeks before writing this review. I signed up when it was TanLine, so I'm not sure if anything is different now but this is my experience. They have a wide variety of tanning beds that seem to be clean and similar strength as other places I've tried. However, they are on the more expensive side and they try to upsell you like crazy. When I wanted to purchase a package they recommended I tan first and then pick a package, locking me in before showing me any pricing. I said no thanks, I want to see your package options before I commit to anything. The girl went over their very confusing options very quickly and inaccurately at that, recommending the most expensive one. She skipped over the normal option of purchasing X number tans for $x.xx until I specifically asked for it. I could never even imagine package more convoluted membership and package options, go in and see for yourself. I literally spent at least 15-20 minutes of my limited lunch hour trying to get a normal package and making sure I wouldn't be swindled. I felt like I was at a cheap car dealership. Unless you come in knowing exactly what you want and have the time and patience to decipher their membership options, you'll be ripped off for sure. The first two times I went I was told that max time is 10 min for the bed I picked, but the third time I was told 12 min for the same bed. This last point may not be a negative for many, and possibly not intentional, but they have skinny mirrors in both of the rooms I was in, which feels like they are trying to deceive you into thinking you look better than you actually do when you go to their salon. Thankfully I don't need the skinny mirrors for sell confidence so they are just weird to me. The one good thing about this place is that the beds don't automatically turn on after 5 min like at other places I've been to, which is dangerous for your eyes and shouldn't even be allowed. You have as much time to put lotion on as you want. I go here because it's the only place close to work but can't wait until a better option becomes available. read more

I stopped in to check the prices of their lotions. I love tingle lotions and they had only one- the price....$70!!!! So.... does that come with birth control and a months worth of orgasms?!?! $70 for a tingle lotion is ridiculous! The most I ever paid for a lotion was $40! I tan at planet fitness and 20 bucks a month you can't beat, but if you want great lotion my suggestion is to go on amazon and order- that same lotion they charged $70 for- it was on amazon for $30. read more

save yourself the headache and tan somewhere else. They only offer a subscription based on the level of bed you want, and will only sign you up if you do the auto pay. There is a reason for that, it makes it more difficult to just stop going. Monthly subscription of $55.00 a month, and if you only tan 1 time a week you still have to pay that amount. The beds fill up quickly, and many times you have to wait for level 3 especially. Not to mention EVERY, single time you tan you have to listen to the up sell speech trying to get you to spend even more,and get more product. There is nothing relaxing, or welcoming about tanning here, they want your money, more, and more of it, and its obvious. and just try saying no...they try to change your mind!!!! Like I want to say repeatidly no I'm not interested. Finally their billing cycles are seriously in their favor, and if you don't cancel before the next billing cycle (which is days before the end of the month) you still get charged for the entire next month, after you hear a 15 minute speech about not cancelling. I even cancelled telling them I was going on medical leave, you think they cared? This place is horrid. read more

I like the salon, the top level bed is great. However they need more than one of those type beds because the wait is so long for that one bed! I feel the salon is very over priced as well! I don't like that they are trained to push product either! read more

I walked in last Thursday to get a spray tan both girls at the counter were very nice and helpful. I ended up getting a Mystic level 2 with the accelerator and a bronze shot. My mother came back in the room with me because she has spray tanned before so she knew all the right places to lotion, etc. When I walked out I looked seemingly fine... later that day I realized I had a straight line that the machine missed on my mid calf. When I contacted them they said the would redo my legs no extra charge. Well when I showed up today Alex (I think) the receptionist was extremely rude. To the point that I felt like she was interrogating me. When my mom said that she was going to come back initially and then step out once the spray tan started, she started questioning why she wanted to go back. When we explained she said "whatever that's fine". Hopefully this tan will be better. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

This tanning salon is wonderful. I have been going there for 1 1/2 years...the staff is friendly, rates are reasonable and the bulbs in the beds are way above average. I would recommend it to anyone! read more

Higher pricing and some workers are VERY pushy. Every time I walk in the door, the girl at the desk is always trying to sell me something. After I tell them no, one girl specifically just keeps pushing the product on me. I also canceled my membership the other day and was questioned. After I had told her that I do not want to be exposing my skin to the tanning bed anymore, she kept pushing the sunless tanning on me. I told her that it was too expensive. She then still tried to argue with me that the price of the sunless was close to what I was paying monthly already. I then told her that I was not interested, considering you have to pay around $25-35 extra (plus what you're paying monthly) every time you get a spray tan. As I was signing to cancel, she then tried to push me into "freezing" my membership instead of canceling. What they don't tell you about freezing your membership is that although you are not tanning anymore, you're still paying about a $10 fee each month. I ended up canceling and will not be back to tan here. read more
