Had to download yelp just for this because I was disappointed. Wish I would have just spent 20$ on a self tanner bottle instead of 50$ for the single worst spray tan. I picked the darkest shade and let it sit for the maximum amount of time. You can see my thong line to see the difference.. looks like i picked medium to light. my tan after rinsing off with just water is either splotchy or non existent looking. No I did not have any lotion on prior I exfoliated before as asked and I only used water to rinse off. Service was nice, I'm just disappointed because it was for an important day and now it's too late to figure something else out. read more

I've had a dozen spray tans in my lifetime and I know how to prepare for and take care of a spray tan. I would avoid the spray tans here. I had to ask the person who sprayed me to go back over one underarm, and she did, but unfortunately a huge part was still missed. I don't know if the solution they're using is old or not quality but it did come out looking very orangey and took much longer than it should have to fade, even with scrubbing. Service was kind and polite in store but when I messaged twice to discuss, nobody responded. read more

Worst spray tan I've ever gotten 2 days before my wedding...I got one as a trial that was pretty good and This time did nothing differently and it turned out awful, splotchy, and literally the same Paleness I came in the door as and I am now panicking for my wedding. This review is for spray tan services. I've never tried the beds. Callie is super professional, friendly, and kind. She has done my last 2 spray tans and I've been very happy with them. I was definitely nervous to try being spray tanned by sometime and not a machine since I prefer to go nude and am very much plus sized. Callie didn't bat an eye and I felt very at ease. She took extra care to get my entire body evenly sprayed and was friendly during the process. The solution they use seems to be almost odorless which is a definite plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a custom spray tan in a plus size friendly environment. read more

I made an appointment on their website the night before for my first spray tan. The online process was a breeze. I was greeted by Stephanie who was AWESOME. She is fun and professional. She asked what the occasion was, what colors I would be wearing, and questions regarding what my expectations were. Hmmm...the lady at the front desk didn't know what kind of bulbs were in the beds. I asked her to check for me and she acted all inconvenienced by it. She was more interested in talking to the other employee that worked there. While she was processing my credit card she answered the phone, thus disconnecting the line and causing the transaction to cancel. She ran it again and once again, the phone rang. She complained about not being able to understand the caller. Completely unprofessional. Their beds are straight out of the 80s. I normally get spray tanned but after this experience I won't ever go here for that. read more

I decided somewhat last minute that I wanted to get a spray tan for my wedding. I called and they were very accommodating and able to fit me in the next day on my tight schedule (since I was traveling from out of town) for a trial run. Stephanie was so sweet and helpful in explaining the process and what I should and shouldn't do to make sure I ended up with the color I wanted since I had never gotten a spray tan before. She also made me feel completely comfortable during the tan. The tan turned out FABULOUS! I received so many compliments the next day on how great and natural it looked. I've been tanning at Glow Tan & Spa since June. I love the convience and location of the salon, but mostly importantly there is one person that I continue to come back for. Stephanie is amazing, professional, and very customer service oriented. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure customers are feeling comfortable and well taken care of. Callie, the owner is very nice! Always helpful, I wanted a certain lotion they did not sell it she searched and searched for it for me. The other girls are very nice as well. It always smells good when you walk in, the beds are always clean and they change the bulbs when they are suppose to. The spray tans look great. All around, great place to tan!!!! read more

This place is a dump! When I first walked in I didn't know if i was at a convenient store or a tanning salon. The counter is cluttered and covered with soy candles that they are apparently selling. Along side the array of candles you have the typical gas station affair. Pop, chips, suckers, candy bars. I was surprised they didn't have cigarettes and beer. They did have a small display of tanning lotion off to the back. You would think they would have put the lotion priority over the Reese's cups. The variety of lotion was sad and sparse. The clerk at the counter was adequate. I asked to sign up for a monthly package. She did not go over the different packages or prices. Just simply asked if I wanted the level one package. Thank god I visited the web site before hand and reviewed the different tanning packages. With no explanation of the tanning service she told me the total for the level 2 package and took my money. I didn't have to fill anything out or sign a waiver until after I paid. This was concerning because all of the other tanning salons I visited took the time to explain their service and different packages. The place looked really shabby. You can tell by the control panel for the tanning beds that their equipment is really old. So after I filled out a brief questionnaire, the clerk asked if I wanted to go for the full time. HELLO! This is my first time tanning and everyone knows you can't go for the full time the first time. Other salons offer their recommendations as to how long you should go and for that type of bed you are using. She didn't offer to sell me any lotion or show me how the bed worked or if I'm suppose to leave my towel in the room or bring it to the front. She simply said you are in room 4. So I blindly went hunting for room 4. First off, the wall paper is peeling off the walls and there is years of tanning lotion smeared on the walls. I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the beds. Dirt and old lotion were on the top part where you pull the bed down. The room was a decent size and they did have baby wipes, body spray and deodorant in the room. The tanning bed itself seemed old and tired. The second time I visited the salon, the level 2 tanning bed was broken. This is when I learned that they only have one level 2 tanning bed. Wish they would have told me this in the beginning. Because if I ever come in and someone is in the bed I know it's going to be at least a 20 minute wait then another 20 minutes for my session. I'm not trying to waste an hour at the tanning salon. The clerk, which I think was the owner, said I could go in a level 1 or pay $5 to go to a level 3. Second HELLO! It is not my fault the bed is broken, I should have been offered the level 3 for free. Instead I paid for a level 2 but get a level 1. RIP OFF!! I first started off at 10 minutes in the level 2 so I thought 13 minutes in level 1 would be OK. I was wrong. I burned to the point where I could not go tanning for the next 5 days. Again this clerk asked if i wanted to go the full time, knowing this was my second time tanning. Thank god I didn't listen to her or else I would have been cooked. Again this tanning booth looked dirty and dingy. The fan on this bed was really weak. They did have and actual fan in the room. But I didn't use it. This visit there was a strong scent of feet in the room and they have no music playing. The furnishings looked old and dated and they have old signage posted with their old company name listed. They have a weird display counter in the back of the salon that is partly empty and half filled with more soy candles for sale, adding the the dollar store feel of the establishment. I will not be coming back to this salon and am surprised I have not caught some kind of skin rash from this place. The hours suck, they close at 4 on Saturdays, Save you time and money and go some where else. read more
