I didn't want to to go to some big chain and the whole idea of tanning was well, not really thrilling me. I stopped by at L.A.Rays and seriously, I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful. After explaining I was a tanning neophant...they explained what lotions I should use, times I should stay in the bed, and even how to lay to avoid the weird tanning bed lines. They have mystic tanning too if you are more into the idea of spray tanning, and you can always print out coupons online....which is really awesome. Major bonuses of this place: It's incredibly cheap. Only $4 per tan no matter how long you stay in the bed. Also, it's really, and I mean REALLY clean. That was a definite concern of mine, so I'm thrilled I found a place that was actually clean and cheap. If you have to tan and you're in South County (or Arnold, there's a location out there too) I highly suggest checking them out.

She also would help us for 5 seconds then jump to somebody else and leave us waiting. We called ahead two days prior to going to make sure we would get the first time "free" spray tan. The worker on the phone prompted that it would be free but the additives would cost us only $7. Then when we walked in the lady said they had just stopped doing that?!? They over charge for the beds they have. Then they got rid of the versa spray tan saying they were unable to get new cartridges for it. Lies, they may cost more than the old spray machine because Glo Tan has the versa and had NO problems getting the cartridges! They got a cheap red light thing and they are now trying to change what they tell the customer so they will buy their overpriced products. My home red light unit is superior to theirs and I don't charge people to use it. They are trying to make money off nothing!

My wife and I always paid in full each year, then after not renewing they try to charge saying that there was a contract that has to be paid to cancel a membership that didn't exist. They pressure for a credit card to cancel then when that doesn't work they use whatever they can find that was used previously. Don't fall for the SCAM!!!!
