I have a generally athletic background and have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Mojda has been the best fit for me by far! I got to work with her for almost 3 months. It took a few sessions to get used to her style because she does not yell at you like most trainers. This is the first time I've had a healthy relationship with food and working out. I like that nutrition aid can be provided but it isn't shoved down your throat. Real change takes time and my biggest hurdle was first getting back into the gym, communication and compassion was always there. This also has been the easiest process to start and end a membership with and that is always great. (my membership was through personal training)

His membership was canceled that day, but mine somehow wasn't. I continued being charged for months without realizing it. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told there was no record of my cancellation, so I would not receive a refund. I was also told I should have received written confirmation of my cancellation, but I was never given anything or told I needed to keep documentation. What I find so scummy is that the customer is expected to pay for an employee's mistake. If a cancellation isn't processed correctly or a required confirmation isn't provided, that shouldn't become the customer's financial responsibility. This experience also left me feeling like the business model depends on people not noticing they're still being charged or forgetting they even have an active membership. Whether that's intentional or not, that's exactly how it feels as a customer when the only answer is, "We have no record of it, so you're out the money." If you're canceling your membership, don't leave until you have written confirmation in your hand, and keep checking your bank statements afterward. Otherwise, you may find yourself paying for months after you thought your membership was canceled.

Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful. After explaining I was a tanning neophant...they explained what lotions I should use, times I should stay in the bed, and even how to lay to avoid the weird tanning bed lines. They have mystic tanning too if you are more into the idea of spray tanning, and you can always print out coupons online....which is really awesome. Major bonuses of this place: It's incredibly cheap. Only $4 per tan no matter how long you stay in the bed. Also, it's really, and I mean REALLY clean. That was a definite concern of mine, so I'm thrilled I found a place that was actually clean and cheap. If you have to tan and you're in South County (or Arnold, there's a location out there too) I highly suggest checking them out.

My wife and I always paid in full each year, then after not renewing they try to charge saying that there was a contract that has to be paid to cancel a membership that didn't exist. They pressure for a credit card to cancel then when that doesn't work they use whatever they can find that was used previously. Don't fall for the SCAM!!!!
